You land nearby and approach the two pokemon carefully. They stop and sniff the air, wary of your approach, but stay and wait for you anyway.
"Hey Merv. Hey Elvins. Long time no see."
"You smell familiar human, and you know our names." Elvins the Houndoom says cautiously.
"Oh! Oh!" Merv yips excitedly "Oh it's pudding foot! Hey you look much older than before. Oh wow, your Ralts is all grown up, she looks super cool!"
"Quiet Merv." Elvins says, and the Poochyena mumbles under his breath but quietens nonetheless. "Yes, I remember you now. What brings you to these parts again?"
"Have either of you seen your dad as of late? I have a few questions for him."
"Our father?" Elvins says, raising an eyebrow "We have not seen him since he left with the others to investigate the old house."
"Old house?" you ask.
"The old mansion in the forest!" Merv buts in and receives an angry growl from the Houndoom. The puppy ignores him and continues "It's been abandoned for years. Years and years! But recently there have been strange lights and noises coming from inside. Nobody knows what's behind it, not even the ghosts, and they're usually behind everything!"
"Merv, enough! This is Grave's Yard business, it is for our kind to deal with. You should not get involved human, turn around and go home."
- Haunted house huh?

You call for Vigilance to be.. vigilant. Expecting the worst, you feel our way around the statue again. You feel lots of pointy bits, long arms and sinpdly legs, and a big tail of some kind. A sudden sharp point digs into your skin and you yelp and jump back. In the split second it took for you to blink in shock, you have left the confines of the temple, and find yourself in the middle of a dark, dank warehouse. Huge stacks of boxes, barrels and other containers tower above you, stacked close together leaving you in the narrow pathways between them. A quiet sobbing noise is coming from nearby.
Following the noise, you come across a small pokemon, along in the dark, weeping gently.

"Merv! You will be silent! Human, go home. Your offer of help is welcome, but I will not accept responsibility for another life lost to that house. Merv, come on."
Merv reluctantly follows Elvins and the two disappear along the path, leaving you and your pokemon to ponder your next move.

Suddenly a massive splash appears as Poliwag bursts back out of the water, does a forward flip tumble in the air and lands back in the boat. The water follows him and soaks you and Taco again, but washes you and the boat clean of the mud and muck.
"Would I! Wow, that's so cool! Lets go!"
Nodding, and reaching for a damp pokeball, you bonk it against Poliwag's head and the little pokemon is sucked inside.

You place a hand on Buneary's shoulder, and the pokemon topples onto the floor. The sobbing bursts into static, and a high pitched, maniacal laughter echoes all around the warehouse. You can't tell what direction it's coming from, but it's getting louder and crazier with each second.
A shape appears out of the shadows, rakes sharp claws across Vigilance's wing and then vanishes into the shadows again, the laughter never stopping.

Round Sixty
Vigilance focuses and reaches out with her keen senses. Her eyesight is already excellent, but with foresight, she can almost see things before they happen. Time almost slows down in her line of vision, and she not only sees things much sharper than before, but is able to focus on what is and isn't real. She casts her gaze across the warehouse, and sees a not-quite-a-shadow moving around unseen. Less of a shadow, more of an absense of mass, a sort of see-through blur in the shape of a pokemon. It seems to vanish and reappear in different spots as it bounds towards the Pidgeot. Vig lets out a loud caw as the thing approaches and flaps a flurry of loose feathers at the foe.
The layer of down smothers the illusion, and the thing hiding beneath it comes into plain sight. A hideous creature with vibrant hair and a pale face stares at you, it's eyes wide with fury but its grin pulled up in a grin.
"Yeeehheeheeaahahhaaa!"
It claps its paws together, then throws them out towards Vig. A ball of darkness is tossed through the air, exploding when it hits the flying type. Vig lets out a shriek of defiance, and dives at her opponent, ripping across its body with an outstretched wing. The strange Zoroark doesn't let up on the crazy grin, it laughs again, then leaps up onto the nearest stack of boxes and vanishes into the shadows.

"What happened to the boat?! It's.. it's filthy! I should charge you extra! But it's a free service! I never should gone into business..."

Round Seven
You decide to head east, using the setting sun as a compass point, you walk with it casting a shadow in front of you. There is little to see on the path as you walk, nothing but old tree trunks, random lumps of rock and the occasional patch of long, dying grass. Eventually you find yourself approaching the edge of a forest. Though it seems light on foliage where you are, you can see that further ahead it starts to get darker as the trees are closer together. The path carries on following the edge of the forest, and continues on unobstructed. You look to the forest, and can see patches on the ground that have been tread on, a path formed by lots of people or pokemon walking across the ground.

You follow the path for some distance, and it is both comforting and worrying that through the entire trek you do not encounter a single wild pokemon. Finally, you reach an obstacle. Round Sixty-One
Vigilance lets out a loud battle cry and takes to the air. His ability to fly gives him an immediate advantage that; when combined with his previous foresight; allows him to see almost all that occurs in the warehouse below. He sees the shadowy absence of light flicking atop a pile of boxes, and lets loose a bombardment of wind blades, forged from the very air keeping him aloft. They smash into the boxes, collapsing the tower of cardboard, and the shadow barely jumps away in time. Vigilence isn't about to let the enemy get away, and from deep within his core, he releases a powerful heat that deeply warms the air around him. With a single flap of the wings the wave of heat surges forward, washing over the entire warehouse, filling every alley and passage with intense, focused heat. A cry of pain echoes from somewhere in the building, but at the same time a high pitched alarm begins to sound, and several unnoticed shower heads open up near the rafters. Water begins to rain down upon the warehouse, trigged by the rising heat, creating an effect like falling rain. Dismayed by the strange weather effect inside a building, Vigilance never the less focuses on his foe. Five shimmering stars fly out of nowhere, spinning around corners and through gaps seeking a target in the maze of the warehouse. They all find their point of interest as they circle back towards Vigilance, giving the Pidgeot a moments notice as the Zoroark appears from nowhere and slam it;s fists into the fliers chest. A burst of red and black energy erupts from the impact pints clouding Vigilance's vision for a moment but as it dissipates, a worrying blackness blocks part of the Pidgeot's otherwise keen eye.

Near a large tombstone you spot two Seedot chasing each other around the stone structure, occasionally stopping, then reversing the direction they're running in.

With the falling water from the sprinkler system providing a cooler air, Vigilance gets worked up ready for something big. He flies up as hide as he can, and flaps his wings in fast, hard motions. A great wind is whipped up around him, and he dives into it, flying in fast concise circles, turning the wind into a whirling tempest. Zoroark appears from nowhere, an attempts to pierce the hurricane, but is swept up in the storm, tossed around a few times and finally thrown out across the warehouse, into a pile of boxes that collapse on top of him. Taking full advantage of his foes situation, Vigilance dive bombs the strange coloured pokemon, a dark aura surrounding his feathers as he moves. He vanishes almost for a second, before reappearing and delivering a series of short and sharp scratches with his talons. Zoroark growls, and pushes the bird away, but not before clamping one clawed hand around the Pidgeot's leg and sending a sliver of darkness through the pokemon. Vig shakes his head, his ability to use Faint Attack locked away from him. Hissing, Vig grabs on to Zoroark this time, and lifts him up into the air. The dark type sends out a burst of extrasensory energy that disorientates Vig for a moment, but he simply drops his foe, sending it crashing back to the ground.
