Psyduck or Slowpoke? who's smarter???

I think that...Psyduck is a little smarter then Slowpoke...no wate...WAY WAY WAY smarte then Slowpoke!

I'd say Psyduck. They are usually smart anyways but Misty's is just dumb. Also, Psyduck evolves into Golduck which is has great intelligence while Slowbro is still dumb. Slowking however, is smarter then them all.

You know, I never really believed that snopoke and co. are really stupid, but are really very smart and thinking about other things to really pay attention to wahat's going on around them. Like in that "Temple of Slowpoke" epsode... As for psyduck, well it may be just Misty's psyduck that's like that, the other psyduck on the show didn't really act like hers..

I think Psyducks are smarter....I think Misty's pyduck is the only one that is a little....slow. All slowpokes seem to be the same o_O;

I agree with everyone who said that Misty's Psyduck is an unusual case. It might be because of his headache or it might be because he knows more psychic-type moves than most of his species (including Psychic, according to rumour 8) ). Either way, he really does seem a little... slow.

However, Slowpoke and Slowbro really do seem to be pretty short on the smarts department. It is interesting to note that Slowking is a freak mutation, caused by a Shellder biting a Slowpoke's head rather than its' tail. That caused it to become a lot smarter than the rest of his kin.

Marina's Psyduck showed us that Psyduck are actually intelligent, so Misty's Psyduck is just unfortunate in that area.

I'd say that Psyduck is smarter. Slowking is just the smartest in the Slowpoke line. His most famous quote:

I think the Powers that Be created Slowking as a stronger, better counterpart to Slowbro. But, if it was a showdown between who was smarter, Slowking or Golduck, Golduck would win.
