I'm game for breaking you in to ASB.

Question on the Arena: Does it mean that Heavy Rain is always in effect essentially? Will choose my Pokemon based on yay or nay.

It's supposed to rain all the time, sunny day and so on are still usable but after the effect is over it'll start to rain again. Is this okay with you?

Let's start off strong Iguion, create some clones of yourself to confuse Seth, then smack him hard with a lightning-infused punch. Finish off by taking that speed boost from Seth.

    TEAM
    Aura vs. Perfect Chaos
These two awesome combatants duke it out under the following conditions! You might want to read them, people are rumoring they contain helpful information!

    Arena
    => The Rainy fields
[A big field. As the name suggests it does rain a bit. And by a bit, I mean a lot. Heavy Rain tears down both Pokémon,
making them fight under harder conditions. Or does this provide an advantage for certain ones? Who knows!]

    DQ Time
=> 3 days. Don't start something time consuming!
=> Note that DQ Time only comes into effect, when one of the combatants call it.

    Rules
=> Banned Moves: Pain Split + non-status inflicting regeneration moves.
=> Two Pokemon are in use, the battle is over when both Pokémon of a trainer fainted.
=> No damage cap has been set, I assume you don't want one.

    Additions
=> Aura seems to have the upper hand here. However, it "seems". Let's watch.
=> Heavy Rain is in effect, but may be interrupted by weather moves.

    ...Preparations...

    ------------------------------------------
Finally! A great day to have a Pokémon battle! The sun is shining, both combatants already out on the field holding their umbrellas and releasi... Umbrella? This is a joke, isn't it? Oh god no. A giant storm front approaches the battle fields and it starts to rain heavily. GREAT. PERFECT. Didn't want to stay dry anyway. Back to the trainers. Oh, it seems Aura already released her Pokémon, as a giant steelish looking bird is flying around in the sky. Okay, this is going to get interesting! Chaos on the other hand unleashes a poisonous frog. Ew, get that off of me! I'm still traumatized by the haunted mansion Croagunk thingy. Anyway, let's get this battle started!

    ♣ROUND 1♣

The rain continues to fall down, the Pokémon however, don't seem to be as impressed of this storm as I am. Sheesh.
The Steel-bird thingy in the skies starts to charge down, only to take off again last second, swirling up some dirt, right into Iguion's face.
However, that disadvantage doesn't last long, as the rain washes the hurting dirt away. Shoot! It looks like Seth hit itself, or how do you explain the amount of Croagunks down there?

Seth feels sick. So many frogs down there. Following his trainer commands, he charges down at the frog army again, hitting the right one with completely nonsensical luck that even shocked the still incredibly photogenic Referee a bit.
Croagunk grunts in anger and decides to slap the Skarmory right in the face with a electric punch of hideous power. At least it tried to, but it suddenly forgot what it wanted to do. Holy moly, actually, where the heck am I?

Seth has a new master plan. Let's just fly around a bit, but IN A FAST PACE!
Iginiu-I-will-probably-never-remember-his-nameius approves of that, and right when the Skarmory finished it's impressive flying move, the Croagunk snips with his finger and feels speedier in an instant. Oh well! That's a nice method to work out. The other Croagunks seem to like the speed boost as well and everyone starts to run around all willy nilly.

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Perfect Chaos will issue his commands next!
    • Agility is a bit tricky. You have 3 stages of agility that work as follows:
Stage 1 raises your speed by 2, your accuracy by 1 and the chance to miss you by 20%.
Stage 2 raises speed by 3, accuracy by 2 and the chance to miss by 30%.
Stage 3 raises speed by 5, accuracy by 3 and the chance to miss by 40%.

However, if Agility is not refreshed at least once every two actions, it will go down by a stage.
To raise the stage you are currently at, you'll need to use it consecutively.
    • I'm going to punch my RNG in the face after that round. Seriously. :D
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

Hmm, not too bad of a start.

Go again with another lightning fist to his face, then try to trap him with some rocks and finish off with another lightning fist

Any attempts at using stat boosts, just take them away from him.
Any attempts at inflicting status effects on us mock him for not attacking.

    ...Preparations...

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 2♣

Seriously, I want an umbrella now. Just going to sneak behind one of the comba... Oh? We are back? Uh, uhm, okay!
Croagunk, able to move extremely fast paced now, hits Seth with incredible force, leaving the bird paralysed. The Skarmory doesn't approve of that and sets off into the air, executing complex moves. I'll get it, you are able to fly super impressive. Stupid boasters.

While Iguion waits for Seth to finally stop his boasting, Seth fights with his paralysis. He suceeds in executing the Sky Attack, but merely hit the original one and one of the clones a bit. The clone vanishes, while the original one hurls an avalanche of rocks, misinterpreting the position of Skarmory and misses completely. Derp! Also, his speed boost wears off. Unfortunate timing.

Now that Igui-I-had-to-look-it-up-againius does not have his speed boost anymore, Seth strikes first, unleashing a barrage of... well, wind and hits Iguion with that. At least he would, but the paralysis renders him unable to move. The Croagunk unleashes another thunderous punch at Seth, knocking him back a lot.

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Aura will issue her commands next!
    • I think the RNG I killed last round survived. That Sky Attack hit was extremely unlikely >_>
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

    ...Preparations...

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 3♣

We are back and it is still RAINING. NOW SERIOUSLY. What the hell? Does it ever stop?
Seth prepares to strenghten his defense, but Croagunk calling him a weird mixture between a Aggron and Fearow annoys him so much that he decides to slap him with his wing glowing kind of silverish, but he fails because of paralysis. Grrr...

But now! While Igui-this-joke-is-not-funny-anymore-but-sadly-the-truthius prepares nasty strategies to conquer his opponents, Seth repeats the procedure from before, and hits him in the face. Just a clone though.
The Croagunk finally decides to directly attack, conjuring a ball of pure power and sending it into Seth's direction.
He flipped over and responded by grunting angrily. Oh boy, this thing is completely down to destroy everything in it's way!

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Perfect Chaos will issue his commands next!
    • Paralysis will slowly decay over the next action.
    • Taunt, unless overcome, will remain in effect for 6 more actions!
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

    Cool beans,

Pump yourself up Iguion, then hit him with another blast of chi energy and follow up with another fist infused with electricity to his face.

If he tries using any physical-based attacks just counter them back for maximum damage.

Calm down Seth, you don't look like Aggron nor like Fearow.. so don't be mad or do you want to act like he planned it?

Use Icy Wind to cool Iguion and everything nearby down, then flap as fast as you can with your wings to create winds as sharp as a razorblades and fire them at that little Croagunk. Give him a heavy Air Slash afterwards.

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 4♣

All my hopes on a possible stop of this rain have been crushed by now.
We might as well just watch the battle now, as Iguion thinks about how freakin' awesome he is. I mean, a frog, but with poison? Can't even think about something cooler. Except a poisonfrog on ice. And that's exactly what I'm getting served by Seth, as the Skarmory freezes his opponent, causing him to slow down a lot, due to numbness. Also, he destroys another clone with it. 3 down, one more to go!

Iguion-I-wrote-his-name-right-for-the-first-time-by-heart-and-don't-ask-me-where-the-ius-comes-fromius fires another beam of chi. Skarmory doesn't take the hit too well, but manages to release razor sharp winds into his direction. Seems like he really doesn't want to get countered by a little frog, who is watching him closely, but alone, since his other companion frog just died. Well, that sounded dramatic, actually, the clone just vanished.

Skarmory, moving first, unleashes another barrage of slicing winds, knocking the kind of numb feeling I don't want to spell his name again back. He gets back up and punches Seth in the face. Ew, that hurt quite a bit.

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 5♣

But seriously now. How the hell is this rain thingy still in action? I can't stand it. Anyway, let's get back to the battle, aye?
Seth, faster than Iguion without the Paralysis instantly flies up, dodging the chi-induced ball sent into his direction. He starts his boasting moves once again, only dragging this battle out so I get even more wet. Alright, thanks. Douche.

This is going to be a strong attack. Chaos shouts the commands for his Croagunk, and it instantly sets up a protective barrier for the incoming attack.
Seth starts whirling around while also creating several wind slashes and forms a little tornado with that. Croagunk is ready to protect. The tornado of slices crashes against the barrier, but where's the Skarmory? Suddenly, in one of his boasting maneuvers, he appeared shining in an orange light and struck the Croagunk from behind. Holy, that sure as hell did a lot of damage!

Iguion had enough. He simply walks up to Seth who needs to rest from his impressive attack and punches him in the face, knocking the bird out completely.

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Aura will release her Pokémon next, Perfect Chaos will issue his commands afterwards. (2 commands, due to fatigue)
    • Protect did not fail. As Protect is able to get outmaneuvered, he took damage by the Sky Attack, but protected against the Air Slash. So the damage was kinda 2/3 or something.
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

Use a quick wave of energy to get in a quick strike, then follow through with a combo of bracing for the next attack and clobber him with a ball of mud

If he tries for a combo attack from the get-go, then combo together a flinching slap with a feint combined together with a ball of mud

Vacuum Wave ~ Endure + Mud Bomb

    TEAM
    Aura vs. Perfect Chaos
These two awesome combatants duke it out under the following conditions! You might want to read them, people are rumoring they contain helpful information!

    Arena
    => The Rainy fields

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 5♣

It's raining rain, halleluja. Screw this. Anyway, with a flash of red light, the next Pokémon enters the field. An adowable lil' Shinx with the most charming name in existence. Anyway, it instantly raises a shield against the vacuum wave that follows in a split second. Holy! Reflexes too! It's getting better and better. You might be worthy to wield the name Puma. Yes. Wield. It's like a big fat sword, but as a name.

It seems it's going well for the little Shinx. It even starts flying to express it's happiness! Oh wait, no, that's the work of magnetic shenanigans. It's impressive either way. Iguion in the meantime concentrates on not fainting, and is ready to endure any attack that comes it's way. However, since none come he decides to fling a ball of mud, but is way too exhausted to do so.

Iguion needs to rest from doing absolutely nothing. Shinx abuses the possibility to strike and lets the clouds roar. A giant thunder strikes down on Igiu-pretty-much-deadius. And with that, the froggy goes down!

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Perfect Chaos will release his next Pokémon, Aura will issue her commands afterwards.
    • Mud Bomb was not executed, since you were limited to two commands this round Chaos.
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

I forgot about that two actions per round thing for exhaustion.

Let's send out another new guy who's gonna really make a huge introduction.

    ♣ROUND 6♣

I couldn't think of another wet joke about rain, so just imagine something here. Anyway, we are back to this epic battle! ...Uhm. Let's remove the epic and say disgusting instead. Little Puma tries to throw up some kind of goo-ish purple stuff, while TIIIIIITAAAAAN who just entered the field by his trainer's command starts mocking him about the yellow color. YEAH! VERY ORIGINAL! A YELLOW ELECTRIC TYPE! Puma, hit hard by that, slugs down the goo and goes for a strong electrical charge, right into TITAAAN's guts. However, the Larvitar doesn't seem to be effected at all and Puma bounces back, fortunately without receiving the recoil damage. Larvitar starts giggling. Douche.

Pff, stupid Larvitar. At least it's not able to levitate like he does. Anyway, Puma flies next to Larvitar and... well, he bites him, unleashing frosty powers, that seemed to hurt a lot! However, TIIIITTTAAAAAAAN takes advantage of his close-up opponent and smacks him down to the ground, instantly removing all magnetic powers. But... But... But I liked the magnetic shenanigans..

Okay, this stupid Larvitar went way too far with this last move. Puma's tail starts glowing and he charges at the earthborne Pokémon. Realising his chance to knock him over, Larvitar unleashes an Earthquake, but Puma jumps up just at the right time, and swings his tail into the Larvitar's guts. He seems to like guts. However, he needed to land at some point eventually, and faceplanted right into the Earthquake.
TITAAAAAAN notices a crack in his exterior, noticing that he won't be as well guarded as before. Noticed.

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Perfect Chaos will issue his commands next.
    • Unless overcome, Taunt will stay in effect for 6 actions.
    • (A tie in both HP and EP. What the hell.)
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

    ♣ROUND 7♣

Who the hell thought it was a good idea to fight in a frickin' storm? Now seriously. I'm going to slaughter this person by placing a Wailord on them.
Nevermind, let's focus on the battle! While Titan starts to execute old dancing moves from ages already forgotten, Puma builds up speed again. He jumps at the point of highest momentum and crashes his silver tail down on Titan, who gets knocked back even further than before.

Filled with new yet ancient draconic powers, Larvitar unleashes hell on Puma.
Note for me, Hell is a giant earthquake of enormous power now. The poor Shinx with the most amazing nickname in history gets shaken around and faceplants the ground several times before he could even think of attacking. He's able to instantly charge at TITAAAAAAAN when he got back up again though, and starts chewing his face. Tasty!

TIIITTTAAAAAANN starts to aim his next precise attack at... wait a second. ME? COME ON NOW SERIOUSLY? Chaos changes his orders last second and the Larvitar aimed the barrage of stones at the little Shinx again. Good for you Chaos! You would've heard from my lawyer!
Anyway, as gracefully as Puma avoids the stone-spikes, which is not graceful at all since he got thrown to the ground and hit in the face a few times, he gets up and continues the face-biting-and-chewing-process. Seriously, I want to have a bite now too.
    .
    .
    .
Just kidding! ...Or am I? Yes. Definitely.

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    Referee Notes
    • Aura will issue her commands next.
    • Could this battle be coming to an end soon? I think so! But who's going to win? Shinx does have a little advantage now, but has the speed disadvantage now. Thrilled to see the conclusion!
    • The gods of randomness have been quiet this round. A critical hit was indeed possible, as well as several status changes due to Ice Fang.
    • Unless overcome, Taunt will stay in effect for 3 actions.
    • Also, the rain starts to piss me off. Seriously. Thought I throw that in there.
    • If the Energy of a Pokémon happens to reach 0, it will lose 1 HP for every 2 EP consumed. Also, it's action pool is reduced to two per round. However, the effect of "Relax" is doubled.

    ...Preparations...

    ------------------------------------------
    ♣ROUND 8♣

If the rain would be as close to ending as this battle is about to be, I'd enjoy it a lot more but whatever. Larvitar, still speedy, starts things off with poking Puma in the belly. Poke. Poke. Poke. Poke. STOP THAT! Poke. Poke. Puma is greatly annoyed and delivers another Iron Tail to the face. However, the mix of anger and annoyance sucks a lot.

While Larvitar shakens the earth once more, Puma decides to go for another face palming therapy. Aw yeah, right there! After the quake ends, Puma decides to go for another Iron Tail, but is way too annoyed to do so, and just starts slapping everywhere around him, hitting himself and TIIIITAAAAAN in the process.

Both Pokémon don't look too good now. The trainers shout their probably last commands for this battle, and things start to get intense. Puma's tail glows brightly again, and he charges at the Larvitar, coming closer and closer, while Larvitar tries to shake the whole battlefield again. Just as Puma came close enough to deal the finishing blow he tripped over due to Earthquake and faceplanted with such enormous power, that he decided to stay on the ground for a while. Pretty much forever. Because he fainted. Get it? No? Okay. And with that, this epic battle concludes!

    ------------------------------------------

    ...Afterwards...

    ------------------------------------------

Game set! I guess! It was intense, and I got see to see outmaneuver maneuver maneuvers like never before, so thanks for that! Also, it got pretty close at the end, if the Iron Tail would've hit before the Earth Quake set in, you could've lost Chaos, aye? Anyway, it was intense, I had a lot of fun reffing this and I hope you two enjoyed it like I did!

Also, Aura gets 2 points, while Chaos steps out of the ring with 4.
Let me get my Pidgey with Fly and SEE YOU LATER! *flies away with 4 points*

    Referee Notes
    • The Speed advantage of Dragon dance literally saved your ass there. (; Good Job you two again. Oh wait, you can't even hear me on my pidgey. GOOOOOD JOOOOOOB!

Good game Aura, you got a lot of potential to do well here. Keep battling anyone and everyone around and you'll get more experience on how change tactics and what not.

And great job with reffing this super quick Puma. I swear, this is like the fastest battle I've ever had reffed before, so kudos to you for that!
