I have one question, for future reference, since Milotic's one of my favourites and I'll no doubt get one someday. Does Feebas need battle experience to evolve into Milotic as well? And if he does, are we allowed to at least use egg moves? I know that's probably better asked in the rules topic, but it is related to the first part of the question at least.
