Stories High: Where Characters come to Learn.

You have defeated monsters, saved worlds, hidden your powers, and prevented countless annihilations. Now when all the dust has settled, its time to pack up the weapons, magic books, and armor. Break out the school books, and prepare for months of study, exams, and dances!

Stories High has been around since the early eighties, a place for young characters of any genre to come and complete their studies between journeys. Many famous characters have thus passed through between the years, and many more still attend, either as teachers or students that are nearing graduation. As a student here, you have taken off time either before your next journey, or having just finished up one. Here you will meet others who look familiar or entirely different, those that you have journeyed with before, or may in the future.

Here though, the adventures take a back seat to more important things, classes based around shooting or swinging weapons, dealing with transformations, and other useful things, not to mention the regular courses of math, literature, and the humanities. Your teachers will be tough but fair, but allowed to deal out punishments in their own special way.

For Students: Sign up using a RPG Character you have used in the past, or you can create a new one, weapons are not allowed on campus, but can be kept in your small dorm room assigned to you at the beginning of the RPG. Powers are also dampened and can only be used by professors during proper time.

For Teachers: Sign up using a RPG Character you have used in the past or you can use a new one, you can decide on the class you want to teach but it will require setting up new events based on the course each week. You can also punish the students any way you see fit. You will also have magical powers but only based on your course, such as Defense against Magic, you would have healing as well as dark magic powers to demonstrate to students.

Original RPG: Pre Digimon: The Final Exam.
Personality: She’s very shy in a quiet sort of way, keeping to herself as she walks around and not looking up much. She is not the best at fighting and will usually take the abuse rather than yell or fight back. She has been a bit scarred from her time in the digital world as a child and has problems with actually attacking anyone or fighting.
Appearance: She still has the beautiful blonde hair, and button nose, as well as her sea blue eyes that made her so cute in Digimon Digital Sensations. She stands around five foot one, with a slim figure, and pretty small breasts. Wearing a white shirt with long blue sleeves and a blue skirt that reaches half way to her knees. She wears a blue beret on her head, wearing it almost all the time.
History: Living a life of mostly poverty, things began to turn around for her after the first trip to the Digital World in Digimon Digital Sensations, afterwards she lived a pretty safe life with her aunt, never having to worry about food or shelter again. Yet she was never able to find Satoshi, her first crush. With the next adventure starting soon, she comes to Stories High to start her studies in hopes of getting her first year done before Digimon The Final Exam begins.

Name:Matsumoto Tenshi. 『松本天子』 Was given the middle name "Shun" from his mother(unconventionally. Middle names are not used in Japan), and although it is not penned in his signature, Tenshi calls himself Shun and will force his peers and teachers to call him the same.
Age: 17 (Birthday: May 15th)
Grade: Senior
Gender: Male
Original RPG: After Digimon: The Final Exam. Sometime before my next one after that.>.>
Personality: Tends to make enemys fast, Shun's always silent unless he's talking to someone he knows; or has something to say. That being said, anything that comes out of his mouth is sarcastic remark; he's a wiseass and tends to think better of himself. He'd rather sit infront of his laptop and hack into the school's mainframe(ask him for a change of grades. )than interact with his peers, but this comes from his childhood; or lack of thereof. Has a short temper and responds to nicknames like "girly" and etc.
Appearance: Standing at around 6'3", Shun's height is from his mother's side of the family; she's born half german and half japanese. That being said; he's been made fun of in school(in Japan) many times for his tall apperance and his teal eyes, which seem to stand out of the typical Japanese crowd. His hair is a coal black and goes down just past his shoulders, typically up in a ponytail that isn't completely tight.("It's going to suffocate my head otherwise."). He typically wears a navy blue longsleeve shirt along with a pair of khaki pants and a size 12 sneaker.
History:
Pre-School RPG: When Shun was only 5, his mother started to die from Leukemia; although his grandfather was a perfect match for bone marrow transfusion, Tomoko(his mother) believed it was her time. Dieing in her only son's arms, Shun's father blamed the death on Tenshi and started to heavily drink, controlling Shun and preventing him from having friendships outside of school. Even using Shun as a tool of sexual pleasure, Shun because emotionally traumatized and withdrew from the world as his fathers grip continued to tighten on him. Shun used the only thing that his father gave him; a computer, for relief and comfort, even though his father would use him for his own computer skills as well.

Before The Final Exam started, Shun's father tried to fix things between his son; with no avail. His son was slowly awakening the Key of Light inside of him, Lumieremon, and found himself sleeping due to the overwhelming amount of energy being released into his system. He didn't need to worry about this in the Digital World due to that this was Lumieremon's home place; and awakening would be much safer there than on Earth. As Lumieremon awoke in Shun, Shun came in terms that it wasn't his fault for his mothers death, and that his father was simply the same way Shun was after Tomoko died; sad and lonely. Although the past was engraved in stone, Lumieremon as able to help Shun see a brighter future.

Now, in the human world after Final Exam, Shun has a better relationship with his father, but he can't seem to overcome his wiseass, loner attitude he loves so much. As he was preparing to buy his senior uniforms for his high school, he got the letter in the mail and decided to give it a shot; if only to piss people off.
Relationships: See's Tajiri-chan as not a pest, but not a friend (he's still not used to having them).
Other: Snuck in a Laptop. Keeps it a secret from everyone, and will kill you if you touch it. Also can transform into Lumieremon at will, or by Lumieremon's will. Continously drinks energy drinks, since Lumi's power overwhelms his body in the real world, and can easily put him to sleep without the energy drinks caffeine. Mostly an insomniac.

Data/Vaccine/Virus: Data
Personality: Kind and gentle, Lumi is the best digimon/person to ask for advice, as well as just to chitchat. He's a gentlemen to the ladies and even though he likes the progress Shun has made, he dislikes the fact that Shun still likes to piss people off. Lumi will take control of Shun and transform when Shun is in danger, or when he feels it is needed. You can normally tell it is him by the tone of Shun's voice, since Shun's is more deep; yet Lumièremon's has a bit of a french ring to it. Shun also will have golden eyes when Lumieremon is controlling him.
Appearancetanding at around 7'0", Lumièremon has long silvery hair that flows down to his hip; along with fair skin and golden eyes. His clothing tends not to change from Shun's, besides the adding of silvery armor on his legs.Has big, fluffy white feathery wings that rest on his back for flight. He has silver tattoo's all over his body that glow whenever he uses an attack, and a belt on his waist that rests the sword "Hikaru". The sword only materializes outside of school.
History: The Gods of the digital world; although not the creators, the Keys were the absolute beings until the Celestials came into power at around the time of the Human Beast War. They governed the land, bringing peace and prosperity until, one day, one of their officers took advantage of their kindness and slowly corrupted the Keys mind. This digimon, Lucemon, made the Keys paranoid of each other, and soon bought him enough time to distract him. This sealed their fate as Lucemon killed all 3 in one of the keys heated agruments. However, their data wasn't completely killed off, and promising for revenge, they waited for the time where being compatible for their data would come about. Shun was compatible for Lumièremon.
Other: LOVES Sweets. Likes to eat them with Tajiri~chan.

Personality: An overall friendly guy, Satoshi is caring and very friendly; never second guessing his or another persons actions. Although he does get in a few depressing moods, Satoshi himself also likes to make jokes and seem just be, overall, normal. Satoshi tends to forget things easily; like places and names, and is quite a clutz.
Appearance: Standing at about 5'7", Satoshi has brown hair that he inherited from his mother, and blue eyes. His brown hair is quite messy and seems to be thick; going down to his earlobes before being cut. His figure is slightly too skinny; although Satoshi tends to eat quite a bit, and his skin is fairly light. He likes to wear a variety of dark grey shirts and denim jeans. Always wears a pair of thin, silver rimmed glasses.
History: Having a fairly normal life until he was called into the digital world when he was 15, Satoshi is the son of Akira, who went to the Digital World with the first batch of chosen children. That said; his mom was thrilled that her son was chosen to go, and when he came back, she pampered him galore. However, not everything was right, as he deeply missed the one he cared for deeply; Laura. Laura, now being cared for by her aunt and now out of his reach, was all too much of a distant memory until Satoshi got the invitation to the school. Hoping that Laura got one aswell, he took the invitation and wishes for the best.
Relationships: Loves Laura. Knows Shun due to his father and Shun's father working in the same law firm.Open otherwise

Name: Leo Mahara
Age: approximately 35
Course: Literature
Course Description: Students will study famous works of fantasy and sci-fi, such as The Hobbit and The Time Machine. They will also discuss famous fictional characters in literature. Discussions and class readings will take place daily, and students are expected to write papers and take tests.
Powers/Equipment: He has transformation powers and can use the attacks of a Zangoose in both forms as long as it doesn't require his claws. Although he's now able to maintain a human form, Leo will sometimes teach in his Zangoose form. In both forms he has the ability to turn invisible. He'll have a backpack with the books required for the course as well as paper, pens, stapler, etc.
Gender: Male
Original RPG: Rise of the Chimeras
Personality: Leo usually wears a serious expression but he's passionate about literature so he'll be more pleasant during lessons, even joking every now and then. He doesn't tolerate sleepers and will deal with them immediately. He's concerned about his students' well-being; if something's wrong he'll want to know about it. Violence is something he avoids unless it's absolutely necessary. Then he'll be eager to kick someone's ass.
Appearance: In "human" form, he's a tall, muscled individual with spiky white hair and bright blue catlike eyes, wearing a black business suit. A red stripe crosses his left eye. His other form is that of a blue eyed Zangoose. In both forms he wears a blue bead bracelet that was given to him by his daughter.
History: Leo was a normal human living a busy life until he was abducted by scientists and was experimented on using alchemy, making him a Zangoose/Kecleon hybrid. Later the same fate fell on his daughter Ariel and was forced to spend time as a Teddiursa/Pikachu hybrid. The two, along with other "chimeras", were able to change back to a certain extent. Unfortunately none of them can ever be fully human, but a living Philosopher's Stone gave Leo and Ariel the ability to change to human and Pokemon forms at will and let them live a reasonably normal life. Leo then took this teaching job as an opportunity to be able to spend more time with his family.
Relationships: has a young daughter that pops in from time to time, and also a wife
Other: Even though both of his forms usually have the Immunity trait, his brush with alchemy has made that trait unstable. That is, sometimes he can be poisoned.

Name: Tajiri Hotaru (last name, first)
Age: 15
Grade: Freshman
Gender: Female
Original RPG: After Digimon: The Final Exam -- the same as Shun's original RPG. Before Digimon: Reunion.
Personality: Very bubbly and optimistic is her usual state but she can get serious very quickly. Intelligent but doesn't act like a know-it-all. Also unusually insightful. Uses violence as a last resort but refuses to just back away from danger. She's curious and will sometimes stick her nose in others' business. Always looking to help someone or be a friend.
Appearance: Japanese ethnicity, about 5'4", medium build. Tanned skin and dark red eyes, a temporary leftover from her "partnership" with Enfermon. Her hair is usually in pigtails. She wears T-shirts and jeans normally but occasionally will switch to a skirt when feeling like it.
History: She was living a normal life with her mother up until The Final Exam. While in the Digital World, she was exposed to some life-changing experiences, such as love and close friendships with the other Digidestined. She battled and was nearly killed on more than one occasion. Quickly she discovered that a Digimon spirit, Enfermon, was awakening within her. Enfermon was like a voice of reason, although he seemed rash at times. She didn't seem to change at first but when she returned, others recognized a fire in her eyes at times that showed a certain ferocity. Rei, a girl that she helped rescue in the Digital World, considers her an aunt of sorts. After receiving the letter in the mail, she considered it an opportnity to control the powers that came back with her. Hotaru hasn't seen Shun since she returned home but will instantly recognize him if she was to run into him.
Relationships: Considers Shun a friend but he feels differently.
Other: She has natural fire powers, able to breathe fire, throw fireballs, and throw up shields that can burn upon contact. Another "gift" from Enfermon. A DemiVeemon that she met in the Digital World somehow sneaked back with her and now hangs out in her room...when he's not feeling restless. He can digivolve into Veemon when necessary. On the lighter side, she loves sweets!

Original RPG: Legends of Sotai/ASBRPG (you could say pre-, but this may be somewhat AU)
Personality: The key to understanding Laura is that a lot of issues could affect her personality at any set time; she isn't necessarily in denial of the possibility that she is bipolar, but that is only because she doesn't believe that one can have a mental disorder only because they were "born that way." She tends to think of some things in a somewhat philosophical way, usually dissecting an issue bit by bit to reach the true cause of the problem. This way of thinking has been mixed with a bit of an artistic side that loves writing, drawing, as well as playing instruments, which has been known to result in a lot of expressive works that she normally hides out of fear and a low self-esteem. She's been considered a "cold-hearted bitch" by plenty only out of the fact she's normally quiet, especially if she doesn't at least trust you; only after she adjusts to you is when you see that she is truly a sweet and honest person.
Appearance: "Good things come in small packages" is a phrase that is somewhat literal in the sense of describing Laura, and as a result she wishes she could kick this phrase off of the universe. She doesn't think her build or anything exactly suits her small height, which could be more or less than 5 feet even. On a small-to-medium frame, her body is fairly curved, yet she has still maintained a small belly and somewhat strong, yet soft, muscles even after many attempts to get to a better-looking condition. Her eyes, hidden behind a thin pair of dark blue-black glasses, are a hazel color, but it is difficult to explain the true coloring - though the golden brown ring around the iris and flecks beyond are always there, it is hard to tell if the main color is a forest green or a steel blue color. Her dark brown hair appears black in normal lighting, falling an inch or two below shoulder level with a thickness that seems to be the only cause of any trace of "waviness." Although her skin is rather pale, there is still an obvious tan from ancestry.
As for clothing, Laura has been known to usually go for a wardrobe consisting regular shirts (normally black) and a pair of jeans with black high-top sneakers or a pair of brown flipflops. On colder days when she doesn't want to wear a long sleeved shirt under her tee, Laura will wear a fleece zip-up jacket (80% cotton-20% polyester mix ftw) of a plain black color; the customization to this is that on the upper part of the back, the phrase "1337h4x0r" is spelt in two ways on the same line - the "1337" portion is a fancy red font with bloodstains and the "h4x0r" part is a simple pixelated white.
History: Laura was born and raised in Saffron City by only her mother for the majority of her early life, and as a result doesn't have that much of a memory of her father except for what she has been told - a heartless, alcoholic, Irish-Native American man that could've been Chuck Norris if it weren't for his name. (the Irish last name "Deirdre" is from her father) As a result of her mother, Laura is half-Armenian, yet she stopped caring about her heritage merely out of frustration with her home life.
It turned out that her mother also abused substances alongside going back and forth through men, and as a result became a little neglectful in her duties as a parent. Laura matured through having to fend for herself at times, but was also hindered through never being able to truly know what love and praise were. When her mother was sent to rehab when she was nine, Laura was then volleyed back and forth across Kanto and Johto until she snapped, almost impulsively gathering money and a small bag's worth of belongings at the age of 11 and fled to Lavender Town, where she knew she had family. After a wild battle for custody, Laura was allowed to stay with her grandfather and two aunts, and then moved to the nation-state of Sotai in the south.
Things had been relatively peaceful since, in spite of the occasional blackmails from her mother as well as the last set of foster parents. Laura developed in school and showed an unusual understanding of emotions through her experiences, her friends' experiences, and raising the Vulpix she befriended during her escape, a female which she affectionately named Mozie. (for slightly obvious reasons) Although the recent passing of her grandfather due to poor health caused by smoking has caused her to be depressed lately, Laura hopes that the fact she enrolled at Stories High may help her recover from her depression caused by that and other things.
Relationships: I'd prefer not in time being, but I'll see if I can make exceptions.
Other: Snuck in Mozie and an acoustic guitar which she tries to keep away from a lot of people. The guitar isn't so bad, but wonders how she'll be able to keep her Pokemon comfortable outside of the PokeBall.

Name: Shayliino Neruff
Race: Lupegryph, like a gryffin only the lion part is replaced by wolf. Though sentient, the vast majority of them arent very smart and therefore sometimes "employed" by humans as transportation. Its rumored that at one time they were the most intellegent race on the planet but long ago something happened to them to make them little more than beasts of burden.
Gender: Male
Age: 3 1\2 (equivalent to humans age 9, they live to be in their 20s at most)
Appearance: Like all Lupegryphs, he has a wolf head and body/back legs, eagle talons for the front paws that end about midway up into feathers that blend with the fur, long eagle wings and a feathered wolf tail. His fur is pure black with the exception of a dark silver stripe down his side and the feathers on him are pure white. Has strange, almost human looking blue eyes. From their shoulder to the ground they are typically 5 foot, but since he is just a child his shoulder only comes up to around 4 foot. Mainly a quadruped but they can sit up on their back paws easily if need be.
Clothing and Gear: Wears a nice dignified suit which is stretched seemingly almost to the point of ripping over his muscled frame. and he has a pack hes secured to his back to carry around his handheld computer, analyzing equipment and binocular/molecular/holographic goggles. Wears the translator he made himself on his wrist, and a sort of harness around his neck which he uses to pull his hovercraft transport. He keeps a mini lab in there as well as many books.
Personality: Is not only intellegent for his age, but also for his race. He breezes through mathmatics and sciences of all kinds, has been through medical college already (it only took him 2 months) and has a firm grasp on technology, computers and how to build things. Has begun to study into his race's apparent lack of intellegence, believing that somehow humans have caused it to happen. Though he doesnt hate humans for it, he just wants to be able to converse with his own kind. Feels like hes not accepted anywhere due to the fact that hes not human and he cant meaningfully communicate with members of his own kind. Mostly mellow, he rarely if ever lets anything bother him outwardly, and hes very into his studies, not knowing much about social interactions and the like.
History: He was born to ordinary Lupegryph parents, but it was apparent from early on that he was something different. He showed curiousity in the "Why" of things from early on, and even learned sign language when he was only a week old. Seeing this, his parents keepers sent him to school like a human child, where for a while he was brutally teased. Rather than allow himself to become upset, he pitied the human children instead, and soon demonstrated that his knowledge of things far exceeded theirs. This caused the majority of children to leave him alone, while some still believed he was just a stupid animal. Eventually he came to private study, and was often seen at the library or with a book or two outside. Lives currently in the college he pretty much grew up in and spends his time inventing things and studying.
Talents: Knows sign language and is like Macgyver when it comes to building things with technology. Very intellegent and of course can fly.
Course: Futuristic Technology
Course descriptions: Students will learn how to design, build and use various machinery, they will learn the functions, and history of this technology and also its safe handling. They will learn about the ethics of supplying futuristic technology to underdeveloped civilizations and the consequences of such an act. Piloting spacecraft and maintaining such craft is an optional course of study.
Other: He speaks in sign language translated into a low pitched human voice by his translators on his wrists. Although he may tend to growl at students who arent paying attention, and he has a lupine sense of hearing and sharp eyesight. Dont try it kids...lol

Anyway I don't have too much time to finish this up so I'd like to reserve a teacher slot. I'll finish writing it out later but here's some of the basic info.

Course Description-Explores the basic principals of demon hunting and fighting various types of creatures (vampires, werewolves, ghosts, various spirits and undead, ect.)
Powers/Equipment-Usually has a katana and two daggers with him but has various ranged and melee weapons around his classroom for demonstration. Also has the basic vampire powers and weaknesses that he did in Dawn.
Gender-Male
Original RPG-Dawn of the Blood Moon
Personality-Very easy going and friendly. His nature and attitude throw off and confuse people who know vampires as evil monsters. Since the end of Dawn he's learned to not show mercy to those with an evil intent. His patience may run short if he's not fed recently but he will restrain from going after his friends and his students (provided they don't bleed near him ^,-,^)
Appearance-5' 11" tall. Usually doesn't take people very long to put two and two together when they see pale skin and fangs. Slightly changed for those that may remember him from Dawn. Despite being a little older he hasn't aged at all due to the obvious reasons. Has blue hair that's a little longer and closer to shoulder length now that he normally keeps tied back. His eyes are normally light blue but he's discovered since the end of Dawn that they turn red when he goes into a state of bloodrage. Clothing wise he's adopted a little bit of Gyvien's fasion sense and has ditched his old jacket for a black trench coat to go along with black pants and boots and a dark blue shirt. His only visible weapon is his katana on his back but those who assume it's the only weapon on him always learn the lesson the hard way.
History-Five years earlier he saved Wood Water City from a vampire invasion led by Lantis. Since then he's settled down, had a family and has been lying low and away from humans as much as possible. A training mission to keep his skills sharp eventually led him to the school where he decided to help by passing his skills on to a new generation.
Relationships-Some people in the school still haven't really welcomed him due to being a vampire but he's use to it by now due to humans always trying to kill him once they learn he's a vampire. Even so he tries to keep his skills sharp between classes by dueling and sparing with some of the other teachers who favor swords and blades.
Other-During daylight hours he's confined to mainly his classroom which is centrally located in a part of the building with no windows. While he can take a more human appearence he'll avoid doing so since it sometimes puts a strain on him and keeps him from using his full power.

Name: Isaac Sumizone

Age: 17

Grade: Senior

Gender: Male

Power/Equipment: Shadowmancer, Grade Two. This means that while stronger than the average illusionist (a power based in the shadows, though few know it), and even most Shadowmancers themselves, Isaac isn't the strongest. He is, according to the Keepers (basically historians within the Shadowmancer society), the fifty-seventh strongest Shadowmancer ever, the fourteenth strongest since the Elemental Wars, and the sixth strongest alive today (mainly due to the fact that his shadow is made up of some of the Original Shadow from the Creation of the world). Isaac wields the Shadow Saber, though often uses normal blades and weapons as well. He is very capable in the manipulation of the element, and shouldn't be fought at night. Ever.

Original RPG: Curse of Gifts (different site, as I can't remember the actual original one's name, as that site is currently under maintenance).

Personality: Isaac is an all around good guy to his friends, but to most other people he is cynical, pessimistic, sarcastic, borderline insane, and marginally homicidal. All this he appears on the surface, but that is simply a facade he has put up against the outside world. This is the result of always just wanting to help people, but always being pushed away from people because of who he is/how he looks/what he does. Several attempts on his life by various people who think that the world would be a better place without him (read: superstitious people and scared people) have also made him very untrusting. Isaac is an Atheist, and partially believes in an elemental creation myth because "it sounded logical." That said, he refuses to accept that there's nothing after death. He remains firm in the belief that his entire life was useless and there's nothing after it.

Appearance: Pure, Crayola white skin and pitch black hair. BEYOND jet black, we're talking a mile underground black here. This will be explained shortly. Before I explain his eyes, I need to explain a bit about the Curse of Gifts mythology (well, my version anyway. we haven't actually written anything yet, but one of our admins are working on it). Pure Light and Pure Darkness dwell in the same place, opposing forces balancing each other perfectly. Isaac, like all Shadowmacers, draw their power from the infinite plains where these two eternal powers meet. Isaac's eyes are like a window into that plain, mostly various shades of black with a few patches of lighter color that swirl around constantly, yet more so when he focuses his powers. I never said the power source was dramatic, did I? These three changes were caused when the shadows consumed him, body, soul, and mind. Other than these odd little facts, Isaac is fairly tall, right around six foot. A bit thinner than average, yet fairly strong. Isaac usually wears black jeans with a black belt that's interwoven with silver sheets, a black t-shirt with three crossed swords on it, one made of shadow, one of light, and one of wind, symbolizing a organization he belongs to within the Academy itself, and black sandals (SANDALS, not flip-flops).

History: A normal, corn-born Iowa childhood till he was seven. Everything changed at seven. On his seventh birthday, exactly seven years past the exact moment of his birth, as he was looking into a mirror getting ready to brush his teeth, his shadow rose off of the floor. With this paranormal action, his life was changed forever. Isaac was consumed by the shadows, but in a different meaning than average. Instead of him becoming them, the shadows became him. This is evident mostly in his eyes and hair, and to a lesser extent, his skin (which containing a very long explanation on the varying Shadowmancer philosophies). His parents immediately took him to numerous doctors and physicians, and later psychiatrists when he started having extremely detailed discussions with his own shadow. None of them found anything wrong with him, in fact, he seemed stronger, more active, several dozen IQ points smarter (from 123 to 174), and much more open minded as to the world and religion than most children his age. Besides the obvious appearance differences, Isaac was also gone for extended periods of time, sometimes up to three days at a time, then suddenly appeared again. Nothing his parents said could get what he was doing or where he was going out of him, and they stopped worrying and asking after the first five absences.

Five years passed like this, and things seemed to settle into a more normal vibe, yet the townspeople (being stereotypical rural people, suspicious, superstitious, and shunning change and different things) were still weary of the boy, thus he grew up with very few friends, only a strange kid and a man who seemed normal enough, yet never seemed to change at all, Zephyr Kaze and Thomas Legion, both of whom he would meet in later life at the Academy, even though he didn't immediately recognize Zephyr.

When he was twelve, disaster struck, if you'll excuse the overused phrase. Let's explain the absences first. Isaac had discovered he could control shadows, with a bit of advice from his OWN shadow. In a large clearing in the forest (they lived near a lake, thus there was a large forested area), he had been slowly building a massive complex, and it had finally reached above surrounding tree covering, and the townspeople and his parents had ALL gone AT THE SAME TIME, to investigate. His father was the first to get there, and he saw the huge building, completely made out of shadows, with electricity and everything (assumed to be powered by filtered light from the shadows). Stuck to the building at various intervals were pieces of papers with runes on them, taught to Isaac by his shadow as power holders. His dad took one of these off, and an entire wing collapsed, the shadows rushing into the distance. About three minutes later, Isaac came bursting into the clearing from the direction of the fleeing shadow, and the townspeople quickly jumped to the correct conclusion. They looked at the boy with a mix of anger, horror, and fear. Isaac understandably ran.

After two years of wandering as a vagabond, a small, silver dragon came to him with a message. The message was a Harry Potter-style invitation to Whayler's Boarding Academy. Once there, aged 14 years, he met Shiloh Booker and Ekkid Tblekton, who'd just finished the first of many battles with Martio. This began the alliance of the three to defeat him. Ekkid lost his powers, after a while, shortly gaining new ones but being confined to a wheelchair after a deadly battle with Martio. Enter Maria Tomoshibi. Martio's master had raused an Iron Golem, incredibly intelligent and extremely strong. If Maria hadn't been there, they would have all died. Isaac and Maria, a Shadowmancer and a Lightbringer, two warring fractions since the days of the elemental wars, had to put aside ancient amnesty from the Betrayal and fight as only the combined elements could (the People of the End, controllers of Dark, are very scarce since Pure Dark's withdrawal from the world, that Shadowmancers often substituted for them), and the battle was eventually won. Martio went underground after that, trying to find out what he could do to defeat them.

Maria, being an extremely skilled Lightbringer, managed to heal Ekkid with the help of the Academy Staff. Isaac and her worked the next two years to a reunification of the Shadow and Light (with Zephyr filling in some details that neither side knew. It turned out that the Betrayal was a plot organized by the Blood Cult of the time to split the incredibly strong alliance (Darkness, Light, Shadow, and the last remaining Void and Life wielders, who all died out shortly after from the Blood assassins) into several fractions--this is usually the point that is thought that Pure Darkness withdrew mostly from the world.) Because of that, the Wind was drawn into the newly reconstructed alliance, and the three teenagers started an organization for non-adult members of the various elements to belong to till they turned old enough to swear allegiance to the real alliance called the Three Blades.

Before he was "transfered" to this school, he had gained quite a reputation in the Academy, even teaching a few various classes on how to manipulate one's powers to mimic others or to do things not usually thought of for one's gift. And here we are. Longest history I've ever written.

Other: The Shadow Saber, his own blade (the shadow sword on his shirt), which does not require any of his power to maintain it's shape any longer, so won't disappear in the school's power-blocking field, as well as his own shadow, who is a sentient entity on it's own, being one of the Shadow Denizens. He has also kept with him the last remaining piece of his shadow complex from all those years ago. The last piece is a small wall tile, but it contains most of the shadows from the complex within it, as they were bound together by the runes on the papers and all fled the destruction of the fortress to that one tile. Should Isaac want, he an unleash that power and recreate the stronghold, should it be needed, but his powers would be out of commission for at least a week, probably more.

Personality: Blunt and straight forward, Amelia speaks her mind about anything and everything. She likes to get into fights and has been known to take on too many people at once, though she's getting this habit a bit more under control. Despite her rough edges, she is a genuinely good person, having a few friends back home, of notably less rough backgrounds.
Appearance: About 5'9", a very fit build, she obviously works out. She has green eyes and red hair to her waist. She wears ratty blue jeans, an black T-shirt, and a denim jacket with the arms torn off. She wears fingerless, studded gloves which are weighted. She carries a sack with some emergency supplies and some smokes and a box of toothpicks. Is almost always seen with either a lit cigarrette or a toothpick in her mouth.
History: She wasn't doing much, since the completion of the mysterious Monster Kaiser tournament, which she refuses to speak on at all. One day, however, she got a letter from the school, offering her the opportunity to complete the education she cast aside earlier in her life. She decided to give it a go.
Relationships: Besides an individual back home known as Ryan Lutz, there's no one worthy of note.
Other: Other than her gloves, which, while weighted, don't look it, she doesn't have any real weapons.

Original RPG: Originally appeared in LoZ: The Ten Heroes, but has made appearances in other LoZ RPGs.
Personality: Eccentric and one would consider “not right in the head”. Usually with a grin or some kind of smirk on his face. His mood can go from calm, to manic, to depressed in an instant. He also has a great love for money, always eagerly awaiting his check. However, underneath his eccentric behaviour lies a great deal of intelligence, and even more frightening, a great deal of ruthlessness.
Appearance: He stands at 6 foot, with a rather lanky build and a slightly pale complexion. His has pale blonde, tangled hair which falls to his chin and manic green eyes. He wears a red tunic and pants, but this is normally covered by the old cloak he wears over it. He wears brown gloves and brown boots which reach up to his knees. He also wears an old, gray, slightly crooked steeple hat with a wide floppy brim.
History: Yahoot never had much of a notable history beyond the fact that he was a highly skilled mercenary from Hyrule. He was renowned for getting the job done, especially when the job involved thievery and/or attacking something. Despite his love for money, he’s known for charging quite high. However, Yahoot had never expected to be contacted by the school, asking him to fill a teaching position. Wary at first, especially since it’s notorious how low teacher’s salaries were, after learning he was going to be paid quite a high amount, Yahoot agreed.

Other: His unorthodox and some-what brutal teaching methods have made him feared throughout the student body.

Personality: Morito is an all- rounder hyperactive person that sought to make fun of his friends at their expense. Though he could be pretty irritating and annoying at times, when it is time to get serious, he would be. Furthermore it is fun to have him since the room gets lively with him. Morito has a strange habit to disappear and come back after a few days, without leaving a message. After returning he is total exhausted and sleeps for about 48 hours. When he returns he has always a gift for someone.
Appearance: Always found to be dressed slopply. He is seen wearing a long sleeve T- shirts paried up with a jeans. His footwear are always slippers which he had always reasoned that they enable him to walk more casually unlike the rest of the footwears.
History: His only next of kin is his older brother. His mom died when he was just like two years old. His dad died penny-less when they were forced out of their company during a corporate take-over. Sworing revenge on the person behind that takeover, both brothers are now working hard to repurchase the company which their father had been forced to evict.

Course Description: The students would be taught on the basic Engineering Mathematics on the construction of Gundam models. Like on what height should the Gundam stand at if they are given this amount of weapons to load on? Or how much firepower would be needed to blast the Gundamn into space given the machine's stats? As this course would soon be outdated and replaced by Shayliino Neruff's course. Genma afterall would be retiring by year end.

Personality: Genma is your typical old geezer. Uses old fasioned teaching method, refuses to change them since he thinks that older teaching method are still better and complains a lot. He grumbles a lot and everyone in the office hates him. But it is a different case, when he is teaching the students and he is often found joking with them.
Appearance: He is usually found clothed in your regular necktie and coat like a businessman. Genma wears glasses whenever he goes and would always armed himself with textbooks that he brings along to classes as extra notes given to those students.
History: He was part of a government school teaching staff before he was moved over to Stories High and had since then been teaching there for at least a decade. It is due to his precise teaching and his insistence on disclipline that prompt his classes to ace in Mathematics examinations. Because of his regular high performance over the years, that earn him the multiple education awards given to teachers recognized for their teaching efforts. He would retired by year end giving health reasons.

Other: Suffering from cancer and would retire by year end to battle it.

Personality: At first meeting, one would consider Johann cold and emotionless. Although he does speak in a polite manner, he’s lack of emotion makes him come off as slightly creepy. There are however few occasions when he shows a little emotion, such as a small smile or an angry glare. He rarely expresses his emotions to those outside those he cares about (which is very few).
Appearance: Standing at about 6 foot with a lean build and a slightly pale complexion. He has long, violet hair which reaches half way down his chest and brilliant blue eyes, which stand out on his beautiful face.

As for his outfit, Johann wears a lot of black leather, a black leather coat, which is normally done up, a black turtleneck shirt underneath, black leather pants, black, knee high boots and black gloves. Almost all his skin is covered, the only skin exposed being his head.
History: Johann was the son of Gali Virgo, the former chosen of darkness and one of the saviours of the Digital World. However, unlike his father, Johann gained the spirit of lightning instead of darkness. Part way through his time during the Digital World, before getting his spirit, he met and fell in love with Hotura Tajiri, the chosen of fire. After one of her friends was almost killed, causing Tajiri grief, Johann confronted the chosen of darkness, who was currently possessed by an evil being called Shadow. They ended up striking a deal, Johann helping him take over the Digital World in exchange for his friend’s safety. During this period, Johann gained his spirit and eventually betrayed Shadow, leading to its downfall. Johann, along with the other, then saved the Digital World from Lucemon’s corruption.

He was at first reluctant to respond to the letter when he got it, but changed his mind after learning that Tajiri would be attending.

Personality: Lyzolda has a quite harsh personality, she takes great pride in her work and if any one critises anything she does or any of her methods she will almost bring them to near death. Though under this tough exterior Lyzolda is quite nice, but it takes a special person to get past this barrier.

Appearance: Lyzolda stands about 6 feet tall with medium length jet black hair with red streaks through it. She has light coloured skin and normally wears a short black shirt with long white sleeves attached to it, Lyzolda always wears a pair of "lucky" blue jeans with a hole over the left kneecap and a long tear over the right calf from an unknown cause. She also always carries a large brown bag with her filled with useful berries. Carries around 6 pokeballs containing: Aggron (Shell Ryu). Flygon (Seraph), Whiscash (Tremor), Scout (Linoone), Torps (Garchomp), Kitsune Chan (Riolu)

History: Lyzolda grew up in the small island town of Dewford in the Hoenn region. At a very young age she started to become involved with pokemon. Getting her very first pokemon from the very same island a cute little Aron which she named Shell Ryu. This sparked her interest in pokemon and her dream to breed them. But over the years she was picked on for breeding rather then battling pokemon.
She became a fierce battler just to show them up, as time took its course Lyzolda became harder with a metaphoric shell just like her Aron. This shell prevented any emotions or feeling being expressed. She also has a knack for growing and using berries
