The match is finally nearing it's end. How well can Goku stand up to the mental prowess of Swiss Tony? Let's find out!

Goku does a rush, arms crossed before he punishes Tony for something or other, but trips in his own confusion (-5 E @ Goku, -5 H @ Goku, CFN → 20% Attack Failure). After the hit, Tony stares into Goku's eyes, lulling the big lug to sleep (-2 E @ Swiss Tony/SLP → 10% Chance Awaken).

With his opponent asleep, Tony takes the time to “nomnom” on the Infernape's cozy dream (-10 E @ Swiss Tony, +10 H @ Swiss Tony/-19 H @ Goku, SLP → 80% Chance Awaken), and Goku shuffles in his nightmare.

Goku continues to stir, and he's awake! Groggy and still confused, Goku might have a chance as he tries his attack (-5 E @ Goku, -5 H @ Goku, CFN → 10% Attack Failure). Tony chuckles at the funny monkey before unleashing another blast of psychic energy (-7 E @ Swiss Tony/-16 H @ Goku).

It looks like Goku's at the end of his rope, and Tony's still hurt by his burn (-2 (BRN).

It's down to the wire. With Goku under 30% health and Toy with a lot of health and energy, perchance we will see the end of this skirmish this round? Only the Dice Gods know for sure!

Tony seems to get off the first hit as he reaches out with his mind and flings raw mental energy at the Infernape (-7 E @ Swiss Tony/-16 H @ Goku). The ape, however, seems to be charging up a collection of energies from various schools into a massive attack!

Fire and energy collect together between Goku's hands as he charges up in an oh-so-familiar stance. His entire being is thrown into the attack, sending it flying forward as an orange colored beam, with fire spiraling around the outside as it heads straight for the little guy (-37 E @ Goku/-40 H @ Swiss Tony). The attack hits Tony hard and sends him flying backwards from the blast. Picking himself up, Tony hits the flaming ape with another mental attack (-6 E @ Tony/-9 H @ Goku, TKO'D) and the ape is down! Well ladies and gentlemen it's been a long hard road, but we have Heald as the victor in the Ladder match today. We hope you enjoyed the battle and will continue to help support the control of the Pokemon Population. Release your female Pokemon into the wild today, the population dynamics are way outta wack.
