You hold out a hand and Med instantly teleports and holds on, Mary latched onto Med. The dark shape takes form finally as the blue lights finally give illumination. You see you're in a horribly endless tunnel with no place to land and pieces of rock jutting out all over the place. A horrifying screech makes you look back again when you can...and you spot..

This time though, its mad and its not going to be as simple, as two Salamence from that pack are back with it as well. Your best bet seems to keep moving!!

O CRAP MOVING BOSS

[Test Battle for Flying Battle format -]

(1) Flying battle. Opponent and Protagonist must keep moving, otherwise the other will disappear and get away. So out flying it means you will have effectively gotten away from it. Note: This means Mean Look will fail if you trap it, and then out fly it. If Palkia successfully evades for two rounds, its gonna flee.

(2) Hazards. You hit any of the jutting rocks, you lose 10 health and speed. If Dragonite is knocked out, you lose unless you have a Pokemon that can fly....(Note, no Tele-transporting as that will waste your energy and just be horrible on Med to carry you and the others.)

You begin to think this a a joke, but then see several thin shadows swim by overhead. They kinda FIT the shape...but something is off...

[Crazy Elf Boy]

Ok looks like we have to do this quite tactfully. Dragonite keep your speed constant and look out for obstacles.

Mary, put up a mean look just in case Palkia does decide to flee, Then hit Salamence No. 1 with a Thunderwave, followed by another one at No.2

Medivh I want you to put up a reflect, hopefully that will lessen incoming damage, then hit Both Salamences with a Shockwave to hopefully cause the paralysis to kick in and take them out of the sky.

Kit I want you to focus on Palkia with some dragon pulses but if any attacks try and hit Dragonite, then use protect to block them.

However Mary if the thunderwaves dont work use then try a confuse ray, though if you get taunted switch to Shadow Ball.

Dragonite doesn't need to e told twice and off it spins, you barely holding on. Thick rocks whiz past you as your two floaters fly off to deal with the incoming threats.


The Salamences seem uninterested in them and go straight for the Dragonite. Kit stands ready, and raises a shield to bounce both dragons off. One gets tailed by a rock and dissapears rather quickly from view.

Mary meanwhile creates a nasty trick that Palkia knows all too well from last time. Mary tries to seal Palkia into a restricted space, and ends up watching Palkia move back to the very edge of that maximum before the Mean Look was completed. Damn, she gave it a lot of room now. Med tried to compensate by raising a reflective Barrier, barely missing a rock as it flew backwards

BOTH Salamences moved in again and Kit realized that they were gunning for him and not the dragon. Luckily Med and Mary had his back and reappeared near Dragonite who dipped down to take a new route The both fired off thin bolts of electricty at the Salamence on the left. Shockwaved and Thunderwaved was pretty painful, but the second 'Mence Crunched down on Med! As they were tied up, Kit turned to see Palkia speed toward. A Dragon Blast was fired for Palkia, but Palkia just rotated past it.

Suddenly Mary was snagged from below by that first Mence, Crunched as well~ Yipe!

Mary was able to escape her unhealthy situation and went to help Med, who was a bit taken by surprise. Mary fired off a Thunderwave to cripple that beast, but the Sala she left behind was back! As Med slipped free and Shockwaved its Sala, Mary's slashed her back with a nasty Shadow Claw. Yipe, for keeps much? Kit meanwhile fired a second Dragon Pulse, that was met dead on with a Pulse from Palkia. Hrm, hard to hit something that sees your every move.

Then on the second action use protect and protect our team. Finally wait till Garia used thunder wave and then use blizzard against dratini as well.

Well,with both of them fighting, this seems to be an easy battle. You primarily focus on the Dratini. Garia shouts off some obscenities, while Squigs fires an Ice Beam. The Beam hits the Dratini, who dips underneath the water, angered. Qwilfish and Dratini both then spring up out the water, and each unleash a Shock wave and a Thunder!

Squigs...definitely does not approve.

Squigs now throws up a protective barrier, as Garaui throws up a veil to protect against any ailments. Dratini grunts and just lashes out against the shield, as Qwilfish Double Teams, surrounding Dratini.

Squigs and Garia both question this pair before laughing and firing off that Blizzard. It sweeps through all the clones, and strikes Dratini pretty hard, and that Thunderwave doesn't really help matters, but even though Dratini was struck, that didn't stop it from unleashing a second Thunder. Qwil followed up with a Shock Wave again. Squigs pondered if these two planned this out from the beginning, damnit!

Okay, its not gonna be as easy as I thought. Well, Squiggles first use protect again while I want you Garia to use sing while I tell Squiggles to close its ears as I do the same. If I am wrong and you dont know that attack use hypnosis on dratini. If you failed in making them sleep use protect then while Squiggles is going to use blizzard against the dratini. Then I want you Garia to use taunt on the Dratini again as Squiggles is going to use blizzard against dratini again.

Your team looks a little beat, but you tell them to persevere! Garia is still shy about her singing voice, and opts to put Dratini to sleep. Dratini pushes Qwilfish out the way and smirks, as it speeds toward Garia..before falling asleep.

You really dun get what just happened.....and Qwilfish is just over there bobbing and dipping..and then it swims away? Maybe it realizes its over?

A slight shiver makes you take a look around, at the lake, the woods surrounding it...and then back to the battle. You then ponder why Qwilfish just left its friend, when you notice a single "pin" float up right in front of you....

....Everything goes white right after....

You wake up, on shore...by yourself, soaking wet. A blue shape moves around on your chest.

So off you go, searching for Garia. You keep at a trot, and look behind you, seeing Azurill bouncing after. Passing the Squiggles ditch, you then note a smaller ditch a good 100 yards down.

You dash to it, but you find...

that stupid Qwilfish. Upon seeing the Qwilfish, Azurill gets really mad and starts beating up on it! You however note spiny little holes leaving the ditch....heaing toward Squigs's ditch.
