Topax, still swinging, get a cool idea. How far could she jump from the swing! She stands on the swing and pumps herself up as she goes back and forth. Each time, her momentum climbs her height a inch more, until she's just a yellow blur zipping back and forth. Just then, she lunges at the apex of her jump, as Bones blasts through the ground, intent on finishing the rodent. But to his dismay, Topaz stays aloft!

Bones watches Topaz just hover in the air, and falls back on the ground.

Smiling at her cleverness, Topaz just stays nice and high above the ground, and decides to take a nap. Bones gets ready to avoid anything, holing out his femur as a warning...but nothing comes. All he witnesses is the rodent napping in mid-air.

Topaz stays asleep for now, but she mumbles something. Bones doesn't care. he finally gets the idea to run up the swing pole and jump off, cracking her back down toward the earth with that boosted Aerial Ace. Topaz retaliates with a random notion, orbs of hybrid colors....that then settle of a vibrant fuschiaish red. They collide with Bones, and create a strange ethereal vibe.

Sleeping and floating around the swings, Topaz quietly sleeps. Angered by this, Bones quits the coddle ploy method, and dives at her. He smashes her to the ground to make his next hits easier. That first hit though, wow.

Happy with that first blow, Bones keeps up the intense pressure. He bashes Topaz down again, but Topaz doesn't hit the ground. She kinda bounced, and seemed to roll over in her sleep. Just then, a Thunderbolt comes down...but Bones laughs and spins his bone in front of him to deflect the bolt completely.

Warily, MxG releases her last Pokemon out. But once Magenta touches the matted ground of the playground, rocks come out and crash into her, as well as those nasty spikes..they really hurt. However, those Toxic Spikes...they're kinda yummy. Bye bye Toxic Spikes (6~3)

Bones, upon seeing the last competitor of the day take away the Toxic Spikes, knows this can go very wrong. So, as Magenta fires off that Sleep Powder, Bones dashes awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay! Good burst of speed there. As such, Magenta now had a good distance to cover to get that damn grounder.

Magenta huffs, but takes aim, and fires a long range Psybeam. The beam is slightly erratic, but Bones falls over from paralysis! Bones groans and then gets a nasty headache form that odd beam

Regaining motor control, Bones huffs and starts digging. Magenta tries a long range Signal Beam, which is MUCH faster than Psybeam. But Bones is still faster than that beam and gets underground. The Beam shoots past and Bones snickers......as he gets closer to where Magenta is in this playpen.

Magenta plays chances. She sees no opposition, so she decides to go and play with the toys lying about. From one come 4 Venonats, each eager to toss a ball around. The apparent sound of many feet keep Bones from striking immediately.

Magenta and her crew now have a good ol' time playing catch, while Bones gets more and more antsy. What is going on topside. Digging was a bad idea. So he rectified it by bursting up..and dissolving a clone. Seeing him burst up-Magenta quickly attacked, draining his essence away.

Magenta smiles knowing that the digger is gone. But who's gonna play with her! Out flips papa's last Pokemon in this park, a Vulpix..(You never stated what it was.). She sighs and her eyes flash, those souless orbs reflecting off that translucent barrier that appears. Just in time, as Magenta tries a little skill swapping spell, but it is blocked.

Glad to have avoided that situation, Cat tries to brighten up this park. Magenta leaves the weather to Cat, settling for a nice chunk of her flesh instead. Cat yelps as she's bit, but that doesn't stop the sun from shining on the playground.

Now that the conditions are set, Cat goes the offensive. Hopping so shes next to the metal slide, Cat aims a Flamethrower at the massive bug. Maggy fires a Sludge Bomb while trying to evade the flames, but this heat is making her cranky and she gets burned by the strafing fire.

It only ends as the slide and Cat are covered in sludge. The Sludge on the slide starts to sizzle. Cat hacks, realizing that from the last two hits, she got poisoned along the way.

Cat laughs at Magenta pain, and goes to warp her world again. Magenta freaks out, and blasts the nearby fox with a Sleep Powder. The dust gets all over Nine's fur and she yelps, before slinking backwards toward the sandbox. The bug watches carefully, and yep, Cat falls out!

There WAS hope. Magenta ran over, and called upon ancient powers to aid her. The ground blasted up around Cat and 4 ...black orbs slammed into the fox. They knocked her off the sand box and under the monkey bars.

Arena: A nice playground in front of a river that water Pokemon may use. The playground has a swingset, and a curly slide, a straight slide, a merry-go-round, (the kind you stand on, not a carosel with animals) a sand box and monkey bars. Also there are toys like a jump rope and a ball, also a frisby which battlers may freely use in imaginative ways, but the toys may break which is up to the ref. Also the arena and equipment are affected by weather in logical ways as in rain would make things slippery which may make sliding speedier, the sun may make the monkey bars hot enough to burn someone.

Cat sleeps soundly, and Magenta looked to the sky to try and get some energy back for this fight. She called the sun out and got the field to warm up. Cat rolled over and used her tails to swat Magenta a few times. They felt like Iron Tails.

Magenta raised her arms and tried to get some health back. as the sun glistened down and healed some of her wounds. But Cat blinked in the midst of all this warmth, and woke up. Stretching, she saw Magenta regaining health and had to put a stop to it with a twisting mental blast.

Magenta screeched in pain, and fell on her back, panting.

Magenta stayed on her back and Cat looked down at her. Instead of a fiery blast, Cat opted for a blast of mental power instead and Magenta just closed her eyes and took the blast, knocking her to a calming state of unconsciousness.
