Well, primarily, access to Platrin is granted. There are other, secret benefits and bonuses, but you will have to figure that out for yourself.

Platrin has a bunch of Pokemon you don't usually find in the Zone at easier encounter rates, Blade :O. Also makes some Legends appear in other places.

DCM, got it backwards. The relics are needed to access Platrin. Anyway 10 Uballs is what 4x10, 40 points? Might wanna downscale that :O

A bank link for the corresponding total
Where you are headed
What Pokemon from your team you are taking with you.

Then (and only then) a Saf Ref can pick it up.
