Nearly twenty minutes elapse, and your still in the damn forest! The sun's beginning to set, and Bello's already beginning to feel its effects.

Up ahead, you spot a shiny ralts! But she vanishes away before you can even do anything with her...

It's... an expired ultra ball, however. Pretty useless for capturing pokémon, but maybe it serves another purpose?
