No Ayeun, if you read the rules, no damaging moves of your own type(s) can't be used. So dragon dance, toxic, aqua ring, would all be ok.
STAB-LESS TOURNAMENT
AYEUN v. ROSSYMORE
Round 1
Arena
Psychic Field
Psychic-type moves deal 20% more damage; Psychic-type pokemon receive 20% less damage.
Banned Attacks
Damaging Dragon- and Ground-type moves (Ayeun).
Damaging Poison- and Dark-type moves (Rossymore).
Round ONE
Challengers Ayeun and Rossymore enter the first leg of the tournament feeling accomplished. The arena around them is one that bolsters smarts as well as confidence. Attacks dealing with the mind can be quite a menace in this stadium, so it's no wonder why Rossymore leads with a pokemon that is closed off from mind-based attacks: Nosburn, his skuntank. Ayeun, meanwhile, summons her goliath flygon, Buzzer. The commands are made, and the battle takes off.
Nosburn tries to taunt his aerial adversary with a series of tormenting taunts, but Buzzer's not listening to him at all. The large dragon instead remains focused, and his mind is at peace as a result.
Buzzer : -3PP, Focused // -2PP : Nosburn
Buzzer is already feeling more at ease and confident; the large dragonfly dives down from his heightened position in the air and gives Nosburn quite a whollup! Oh wow, Nos is flung back quite a ways as the blow lands a critical hit -- but Nos doesn't know the meaning of the word quit (I'm pretty sure someone ripped the Q section out of his dictionary at an early age), and pulls himself together while spraying Buzzer with a nasty toxic spray. The poisons seem to be doing nothing at all, but slowly but surely they begin to dig deeper and deeper into Buzzer's hide.
Buzzer : -2PP, +3% Tox // -3PP, -8HP *Crit* : Nosburn
Buzzer is satisfied with his results, and snaps at Nos with his sharp teeth, biting down harshly. Nos, however, has already gotten the last laugh with his foul smell, and Buzzer really regrets what he just did. As Buzzer contemplates washing his mouth out with a bucket of soapy water, Nos retalliates with his first real strike of the match -- a wobbly, grim ball of holy crap. The shadow ball connects with Buzzer, knocking him back a few pegs upon exploding.
Buzzer : -5PP, -1HP, -8HP // -6HP, -6PP : Nosburn
Ref Notes:
~Focus Energy gives the user an extra 30% chance to land a critical hit for the next two rounds.~
~Victims of Toxic will lose 1HP per action multiplied by the number of rounds they have been under its effects; any action performed will result in 1 more EP lost; relaxing on an action will result in 1 less HP lost.~

Banned Attacks
Damaging Dragon- and Ground-type moves (Ayeun).
Damaging Poison- and Dark-type moves (Rossymore).
Round TWO
Buzzer readies his fist once more for a nice beating, but before he can finish readying his attack, Nosburn opens his mouth wide and releases a heavy cloud of smoke into the arena, cloaking himself in the darkness. Buzzer fears not the darkness, however, and triumphantly nails his opponent nicely.
Buzzer : -1 Acc, -3PP, -1HP // -1 Def, -4HP, -2PP, +1 Eva : Nosburn
Buzzer drives back into the cloud of smoky darkness with an aerial ace. Not wanting to tempt fate, Buzzer manages to lock onto the skuntank and strike marvelously as he plots himself a nice victory.
Buzzer : -4PP, -1HP // +2 SpA, -5PP, -7HP : Nosburn
The smoke gets thicker and thicker, leaving Buzzer without a bead on his opponent. He throws caution to the wind and slashes forward only to hit the open air. Nosburn, having sidestepped the attack, fires off another shadow ball -- one enhanced by his nasty plotting -- that connects and explodes, sending the flygon to the floor.
Buzzer : -1PP, -2HP, -10HP // -6PP : Nosburn
Ref Notes:

Damaging Poison- and Dark-type moves (Rossymore).
Round THREE
Still feeling protected in his cloud of darkness, Nosburn decides to try his luck with a hidden power. An colorful volley of six energy spheres swirl around his body before settling on one -- a light blue color -- and striking the now-asleep Buzzer.
Buzzer : Asleep, +10HP, Ailments healed, -10PP, -7HP // HP: *Flying, -4PP : Nosburn
Nosburn, having very little luck in the hidden power lottery, instead goes for something easy -- a pair of twin shadow balls that collide with Buzzer quite explosively. The damage they dish out barely even dents the damage Buzzer's resting heals up, however.
Nosburn's cloud of darkness finally dissipates, giving the snoozing flygon a target when he awakens.
Buzzer : +20HP, -10PP, -10HP, -10HP // -12PP : Nosburn
Ref Notes:
~When Rest is used, the pokemon using it will fall asleep for two full turns (six actions); during the first three actions, they will recover 10HP at the cost of 10PP per action (5PP if neither Snore nor Sleep Talk are used), and all status ailments and stat gains will be healed and nullfied; during the second three actions, they will stop healing and just be under normal conditions for Sleep.~

Sorry to say, Grey, but HP cannot be Normal, ironically enough.
Actually, it can -- but only through the spin-off games. In the regular games, they can't. The round's been edited.

Damaging Dragon- and Ground-type moves (Ayeun).
Damaging Poison- and Dark-type moves (Rossymore).
Round FOUR
As Buzzer begins to rest up the energy lost from the regeneration, Nosburn elects to create a substitution doll out of the mental energy from the arena. Plop! A tiny skuntank is born, and the snoozing Buzzer is none the wiser. Buzzer, meanwhile, engulfs the doll with a series of rocks that keep the inanimate object trapped.
Buzzer : +5PP // Sub: 4HP, -10HP, -5PP : Nosburn
Buzzer then swiftly sails about the arena, creating a roarous batch of winds to keep Team Ayeun on the faster side of things. Nosburn already feels uncomfortable by the non-violent winds, but keeps his cool, firing off another wobbly shadow ball that awakens the dragon pokemon.
Buzzer : +5PP, Tailwind created, -10HP // Sub: 4HP, -6PP : Nosburn
Tailwind : 4 actions // null
Buzzer, feeling eager to exact his revenge on the foe willing to assault him as he slept, swiftly tackles Nosburn...'s doll, eradicating it from the field completely. Nosburn snickers gleefully before firing off a second shadow ball. It explodes... but still fails to falter the dragon's defenses.
Buzzer : -4PP, -10HP // Sub: 0HP, -6PP : Nosburn
Tailwind : 3 actions // null

Round SIX
Buzzer is feeling faint, but battles anyway, firing off a swift barrage of stars at his foe. Nosburn gets scraped and scratched, but keeps himself composed as he fires off another shadow ball.
Buzzer : -4PP, -10HP // -6PP, -6HP : Nosburn
Buzzer then climbs high into the air; Nos tries to keep a bead on him, but the dragon is just too damn fast, and he easily looses track. Within seconds, Buzzer is right behind Nosburn, slamming into the skuntank furiously. Nosburn cries out, but retalliates with, you guessed it, another shadow ball.
Buzzer : -4PP, -10HP, -1 SpD // -6PP, -7HP : Nosburn
Buzzer's feeling very weak at this point, but still presses on by firing off another volley of swift stars. Nosburn takes the attack before responding with one last shadow ball. The sphere of spectral energy connects with Buzzer and explodes powerfully, knocking the flygon out of the battle.
Buzzer : -4PP, -10HP // -5PP, -6HP : Nosburn
