i beat the elite 4 but i cant find latias anywhere in my ruby im goin crazy trying 2 find it if any1 knows where it is please tell me THANXS

Actually, unless you have the eon ticket, you can't catch Latias in Ruby. But, you can catch Latios. He's found randomly around Hoen after the E4. Mostly throughout the Eastern part. Once you run into him, you can see where he is in your dex. Of course he's just like the dogs in GSC. You can't just go where he's at because he'll move everytime you change routes or cities.

Man, I only got Sapphire today and I already know where Latias is, ;p. Heh, but I can't wait to catch it.
