The (Un)Official Milestone Topic!

Some of us have been here at TPM for quite awhile, and we've hit some impressive milestones in both time ("I've been a TPMer for five years!") and postcount ("10K posts, woo!"). So I figured that we could use a thread for all those big announcements. Not sure if it'll catch on, but hey!

To get things started, I'd like to congratulate Shonta (classy_cat18) for hitting the five-year mark! I know I'm a day late, but hopefully you can forgive me. ^_^

Personally, I think you just post a lot, Blade. I've been around TPM close to three full years longer than you, yet you still manage to have a higher postcount. Kinda says a lot because I've yet to find somebody besides you with a similar case. o_O

For myself, only a little over four and a half years, and only a few short of 3,300 posts. If anybody manages to achieve a higher postcount than Ash_300, I definitely wouldn't be the first.

Speaking of, I know he (Ash_300) sometimes lurks - he did back in September. I just find it funny how he's been sitting back, and hasn't posted since December of last year.

Heh, I haven't visited this forum in ages, yet I come back and find I still made it onto a list. Granted, it's just a list of members, not a list of noteworthy members (which I would never be found on), but it's nice to see I haven't ceased to exist here.

I actually forgot about this place until I got a happy birthday message in my e-mail today. Nice to see it's still alive and kicking. Eight days until my seven year milestone (though leaving and coming back kinda reduces the impact).

Edit: Heh, just looked at my sig. Bland as ever, and doesn't really make sense anymore considering it was years ago that I changed it.

Anyways, I originally registered here in November 2000 (the exact date escapes me...), so I've been here almost 7 years...and yet I hit the 1,000th post milestone just this year on July 19th in (*CHECKS*) AdventureSerum's "Piles and piles of Pokemon styles" topic in General Discussion. (I took a screenshot of the moment, just like I did when I became a Cool Trainer back in 2002.)

Yay!! Today is my 7 Year Anniversary at TPM!! Meh, it is hard to believe, but I have been on TPM for about a third of my life, I was only 15 back then. A lot of things sure have changed in those last 7 years. It is kinda strange, to just sit back and think about 7 years ago, it seems like such a long time, but when I think about my time here, it doesn't seem all that long, it really seems just like yesterday that I found this place, all of the memories still seem so fresh.
