He also looks a bit too optimistic. Panel 1's picture was great though; mr_pika looks completely minty-fresh and unaffected. Panel 4 made me laugh as well. Still waiting for what Becca did to Mega Horny... heh Becca's a cool one.

Yeah, the contrast between panels one and two really sets the tone for this page, I think. It's so blatantly obvious who's had the better day!

This page initially had an "I'm not your mommy!" line in there, but that just didn't fit with the direction I wanted to take this little chat, so I removed it.

The title is a reference to some 80s film. And yes, it is given in lower case letters.

I have to say, I personally love that expression at the end. "No, he didn't! He wouldn't!"

Comic #14: Call me biased, but I never really liked this kind of humor, nor does Gavin's expression in the second panel seem to fit his threat. Ada and Martin, however, salvaged some points for this one. 5.5/10

Comic #15: I had a feeling... Well, Mega Horny seems pretty muched screwed (so to speak) now... I wonder if the creator of this comic has ever seen Species... 8.5/10

#16: I planned this scene for a long time. Initially, all the awards were going to be shown, but then we had the twist in #8. That gave me a reason to change my plans. Besides, I think it's funnier in retrospect anyway.

The title comes from "Four Weddings and a Funeral," a 1994 comedy. This is also the first reference to Andrew... he hasn't been shown at all yet.

I was actually good friends with Jimm when he still came here, so it was kind of nice to give him a cameo of sorts. Decapitation can be funny, kids!

Yeah, dissing the dead is a really big problem nowadays (apparently that's one word now O_O).

You've a really lovely way of titling things, so if you don't mind: how do you go about it? Is it just a random pop culture reference thing to top off a chapter, or do you build off the reference. You'd figure it'd be the other way around, but you never know.

It's on page seven now, and I can honestly say I've read and analyzed every single post by everyone that's replied, which I couldn't do for any other thread (much less one in FanFic). So... good job on stealing an hour from me

I'm guessing you want to know about my titles... honestly, I have a fairly good idea of the direction for this project and its plot twist. So I go through the plot, one page at a time.

After each page, I reread what I've written (unless I got an idea while constructing it) and see if I think of anything that fits. If I come up with something, either in pop culture or in Fanfic, I run a search to make sure it's spelled correctly. If not, I either make up something or start going through Fanfic until I find a good title. It's worked surprisingly well so far.

Anyway, thanks for paying such rapt attention to the thread! I appreciate it. And great question, as well! ^_^

Issue 15: I don't know what Mega Horny did but something tells me it isn't good. But our bodyguard isn't going to get away with out hearing about.

Issue 16: It was funny with the nominations mishaps and the end part was a hillarious. "So you are dissing a dead man, huh?" Funny.

Issue 17: Ah bonding! I like the title and the cell phone ring tone is a nice twist. You don't hear that ring tone on a cell phone very much.

Well considered the time zone, I'm 13 hours ahead which means Mr Pikachu is online from the late night to the early mornings around 5 am. Yes, Brian don't sleep at all. He is a walking dead, rotfl!

I was actually disappointed with #17. For the most part I've gotten a chuckle at least once out of each of the chapters but I unfortunately got nothing from this one. As far as the aesthetics go the choice of pictures didn't look out of place during this chapter, the character you've chosen for Ada is quite adorable as well (something noteworthy in frame 2 and 6).

#19: The TV-esque frame in the fifth panel took a surprisingly long amount of time to make. My hand kept slipping during the painting process so I had to backtrack repeatedly.

I actually did a last-second edit on this because I wasn't sure that the frame was visible enough. That's why you have the current time and total time of the film clip there. And if you think about it, isn't it funny that there's so little time between Mega Horny jumping TML and the end of the clip? ^_^;;

Incidentally, this is why you don't put private moments on Youtube.
