===Round 19===

This round started faster than I thought. Tori only flapped once, before Silver ran...away? No O JEEZ! Silver sped across the arena at such an Extremespeed, Tori had no chance to dodge the blitzkrieg attack! But as Silver bounced off Tori's body to land, Tori followed suit, wings gleaming with energy Silver's landing was followed by a loud crack to his head and Tori used Silver's head as a springboard to soar vertically.......

[T: -5E/-8H S: -6E/-6H]

...but Silver was already ready,jaws bared, that crackle of thunder could be heard as Tori soared upward. Closing his eyes however, Tori spun in his ascent, to the point that Silver's mighty bound actually TRAPPED him in a vortex of wind. Unable to do ..anything, Silvermane spun around and around and around-before finally getting thrown into a wall...which shook the place even more. Tori banked away from the ceiling at the last minute-landing on a rafter to curb his dizzyness.

Dizzyness fading Tori watched Silver step out of the boxes and debris on the left side of the warehouse. Again, that groaning of the walls could be heard. Silver took a moment to sniff the air...ah! There was the singed bird! A purplish aura encumbered Silver's face, before a massive pulse of Draconian Energy surged up and at Tori...

The onpouring of light was unexpected. Silver turned away, and then stared up, expecting to see a nosediving Pidgeotto. All he got was sunlight, from a hole in the building...and then a flash of feathers in his face, clawing his muzzle and pecking at his eyes!

Hmm, good round there Tori.

Now let's try to keep it up. I want you to swoop down, strike and take to the air again with a wing attack. Then use a whirlwind and finish by launching an Air Slash from right above Silver.

Flying should keep you out of range from those thunderfangs

Alright Sil, start off by covering yourself in fire with Flame Wheel. Just stand there and let Tori hit you, the flames should hurt him more than his wing will hurt you. Then try to combine Tori's Whirlwind with a Fire Spin and send it back to him. Finaly, use Flamethrower to disrupt the wind patterns of his Air Slash and hopefuly hurt him.

On a side note, how do you ref Overheat? Would Silver's 'special' attacks lose power or just Overheat like in the show?

===Round 20===

The hanger dosen't look so good... Big ol' hole in the ceiling, and that moaning...don't think its gonna last too much longer. With that in mind, I turn back to the match, and Tori is flying up with the speed and skill one would expect from a prideful Pidgeotto.

Silvermane, on the other hand-stands as rigid and regal as ever-embodied in a ball of flame...wait what? He really is! Tori didn't spot this yet, and he's looping...spinning..divin--yeah he sees the flames now..O man his wings are out-he's still going for it..O MAN CRAZY TALK FRIED PIDGEOTTO I CAN'T LOOK!!!

/)_(\.../)_>....Ow. Tori slammed right into the flaming hound, still delivering his hit, but flying into fire caused Tori to finally sustain a burn!

[T: -5E/-6H (Brn) S: -6E/-6H]

Tori flapped unevenly as he gained some height again. That was irritating, crazy dog setting himself on fire. Well, he was tired of it. Wind could put fire out! Even with uneven flaps, Tori was able to conjure the winds to come forward and build a Whirlwind that rivaled the last one he created in strength. The warehouse knew this, and groaned again..I swear the west wall is leaning now..

Silvermane however, had plans for the wind. He got sucked up in its centrifugal force, and went sailing. Within the whirlwind though, Silver shot of a thick stream of fire that began to coat with the wind. It was hard going, but Silvermane barely managed to turn the whole thing into a vortex of fire, landing with minimal damage. By then though, Tori had made an exit, shooting out the roof to evade the searing heat of this super Fire Spin-as well as make space for his last attack.

The giant Fire spin was going to make things rough, but Tori was an expert! Diving back in, Tori looped around the flames-showing off his acrobatic flying skills, while managing to attain a sky blue halo around his beak. When finally spotted Silvermane, he went in for the strike, heading directly for his back...


Least, he wanted to. Silvermane seemed to have enough of this fight, and opened his jaws, showing Tori a stream of fire made just for him. Tori looped backwards just then, letting the Air Slash rip through the air at the Flamethrower. The Flamethrower didn't do so well this time- as Silver still got slashed by the attack. Tori's loop allowed him to fly under the shooting flames.

As the round ended, Tori finally took note of his burn (-2h) and both now saw that rogue Fire Vortex...still surviving ..and BURNING THE ROOF! One Rafter fell, encased in fire. This was getting crazy-and it seems that Vortex is going to burn this place down in three rounds I give it..

Alright Sil, use Aerial Ace to get up above Tori. If you can hit him on the way, that'd be cool too. Then blast him with Flamethrower. End things by using your Strength to throw Tori into your Vortex Of Flames.

Alright Tori, if he wants to get above us then just fly as close to the roof as possible, while looking out for falling debris. Then let him fire his flamethrower hopefully the distance will make it a little easier to dodge. After the flamethrower, swoop down like a real bird of prey and land your claws somewhere around his neck. Hang on tightly. Finally, without letting go of your foothold (aka Silvermane) use a close range Air Slash

===Round 21===

Jeez, another rafter fell. This place is coming down fast! Tori sees this, and shoots toward the sky, making a bullet for the hole in the roof. Silver spots this and runs ..left. What..oh. Because he's an Arcanine and I guess they're badass like that, he runs up the wall and lunges off, glowing blue. Tori is struck in the back by the Aerial Ace, and rolls off the hit, banking up near the roof, that is now heating up from the Vortex.

Silver starts to reach his apex, turning as he does so......

[T: -3H S: -5E]

Tori and Silver are at an even height for a moment. The second Silver knew he was going down, Silver spits fire at the bird. Tori spots this and banks around the flames as he swoops down after the plummeting Arcanine. Silvermane dosen't get a break! Tori wraps his claws around Silver's neck and squeezes-choking the hound a bit..

[T: -3E S: -8E/-5H]

With all the power in his body, Tori flaps his wings, eyes glowing sky blue. The competent avian then slices Silver's neck in order to perform a tight loop, in which an Air Slash is landed directly where the talons broke Silver's flesh.

Pissed off now, Silver quickly grabbed the bird in his jaws, and used all his strength to throw Tori into the Vortex of Fire! Tori was taken off guard, and screeched hard as he was consumed by fire.

Man, that sucked

Silver watches as the Vortex loses a bit of power..but the place is showing its wrath. The flames have reached the walls, and the west wall is buckling..bad. Im dodging embers and ash and metal beams now!

Alright Tori, put the vortex between u and Silverman and unleash a whirlwind to knowk it towards him. Then you'll probably have to rest so try to land on one of the upper rasters if possible, putting as much distance between u and Sil so you can hopefully hop or fly out of the way from the attacks. If you can, put up a double team before forced for your second breath

OK Sil, use Flame Wheel and run through the Vortex. Try hitting Tori while your at it. Then, if he is able to use Double Team, get rid of the clones with Swift. If we wasn't able to set up the clones, then hit him with Thunderfang. Finaly end this round with Overheat.

===Round 22===

Man its hot in here. The Vortex is losing power, and Silvermane is still creating fire! Crazy! Silver wasts no time, acting like a Firefighter by diving into the flame. GO LASSIE! GO SAVE THE BIRD!

..Or not. Tori just shot out the top of the Vortex, spinning again. He's...trying to make another Whirlwind! He manages to make a weaker one, and it does collide with the eye of this Vortex. Tori barely makes it atop a rafter, as Silvermane dive out the other side of the Vortex, dizzy from that smaller Whirlwind that just appeared out of nowhere.

Theres only three rafters left, CRAP :ives from burning roof section.:: Tori's relaxing up above..and Silver doesn't see a way up. Looks like a moot point-Silver can't attack. Too bad, his jaws were foaming with rage too.

Man, its really getting hot in here. Silver is wavy, like hot air off pavement wav--Oh no...

:L drops everything and runs, as the fires begin to rise up around the Legendary hound. Silvermane's whole body starts to encase itself in a novawhite aura. As the energy builds, the warehouse seems to buckle and bend in, awaiting the inevitable outlash of Fire energy that blasted from within.::

::Lying among debris, I barely stood, coughing from the soot and ash that now littered the sky.::

The warehouse didn't survive that attack, and I can't imagine Tori did either....

But to my glorious surprise, Tori was up in the sky, flying back down! Wobbly from having to deal with the blast, he seems ok to battle. Silvermane spies the bird and has his jaws bared.

===Round 23===

With the vortex dispelled, we now stand atop the ruins of the building. This fire though, hasn't lost any heat, and with the end drawing near for both competitors, we can only hope for an explosive finale. Tori, the miracle flier- soars down toward the tired Silvermane. The hound, weakened direly, takes a moment to culminate all the energy it has left into a heated Flamethrower.

His left flank was hit by the incoming Pidgeotto, really quick too, but that left Tori in direct line of sight for the flames to catch him and send him down a notch.

With that, Silver sat down, and lied his head down on his paws. He was tired, and well, I'd clap for him right there, but Tori wasn't done. Burned some more, he decided to walk over to Silvermane, before hopping on his back. Silver protested this, but Tori was able to dodge the tired jaws of his opponent and continue on behind Silver. Spotting a large enough piece of charred and twisted metal, he then flew up.

Silvermane noticed the bird taking flight, and then spotted the Twister coming toward him. He made to move, but the Twister gained enough speed to suck him in, and drag him all the way over to that piece of heated metal and rebar. Ending there, Silver fell on the searing heat, and yelped in pain, before throwing himself off, whimpering.

With the score even now, Tori flies over Silvermane again, shootng by like a bullet. The Air Slash he completed was done so his flight path would land him on the same open patch he was at when he started. Silvermane roared in protest, standing up and flexing its paws out. The hit sent a chill down his vertebrae, causing him to stand in dire need.

...Foam and blood dropped from Silver's jaws, he was really going to kill this bird. I'm so not getting near him now...or it could be the burn on his fur...eeeeh.

Tori, I've run several options through my head and there's only two good for this situation. Both are risky so let's hope it will turn up fine. Tori, use a Roost. That should drain you of your energy but if it didn't then use a quick attack

These two gave it all, and Tori knew it could give more. With very limited areas to land, Tori opted to fly away from Silver and land, trying to Roost between searing pieces of metal so he could be safe.

Silver wasn't to have that, and uncaring about the metal he might cross, jettisoned across the plain. Tori was too tired to try and evade the sonic fast strike-especially since he thought he found a spot! Crying out, Tori fell from the sky, utterly exhausted.
