Oh, that's right, I was about to go to bed! That can wait. Anyways, it seems we're in small arena, with the main floor surrounded by metal.
Tonight's battlers are Neo and Deadwood_Zen, starting off by releasing a Torchic and a Meditite, Kara'Kurai, respectively!

Meditite begins the match by focusing her mind and body to create a substitute (20%) herself, as an attempt to ward off any attacks by Torchic. Torchic responds by spewing a nasty glob of toxic straight at the Meditite to her left...but it was the substitute! But unforunately for Meditite, a little of the poison splashed off of her sub, leaving her slightly poisoned...

Torchic uses the slippery floor to her advantage, building momentum as she charges forward, getting ready to peck Meditite's little eyes right out! Too bad she hit that sub again! Maybe Torchic needs some glasses? Meditite on the other hand, was able to judge the situation, firing a blob of Toxic straight into Torchic's face as she stumbled about after messing her attack up.

Angered by the loss of strength in her legs, Torchic uses her wings to fly in at Meditite and strike her!

Sorry guys, but you'll need a sub-ref...I don't have any time for ASB anymore. I have a dance intensive all this week, I'm on vacation next week, and then I'm getting ready to move into college. So, the little time i do have left before then needs to be spent on other things.
Want to just call it a draw? We'll each grab two points doing so, and it's fairer then calling it a DQ9(since we have no ref). Fair, no?
Uh, if I'm not mistaken, calling a battle a draw would give both battlers the amount of points equal to how many Pokemon were used on each side, so if you guys really wanted to do that (only as a last resort), I think you'd each get 1 point from this battle.

The rules mention nothing of 'draws', so I used the rules for a tie. Unless you want us to do a forfeit/DQ D:
A draw and a tie are basically the same thing. But neither of you really need to forfeit, I mean, it's not good sportsmanship unless you have a valid reason (such as going to college and being away from home, or even away from a computer).

Kara crosses her arms and puffs her cheeks out, as Torchic crashes into her for some pretty nice damage. As both Pokemon recover, Kara spits all over Torchic, letting that Toxic soak in. Um luscious.

Kara watches as Torchic tries to stand up, and shakes off the stuff. Kara stares carefully at Torchic, even as the bird glares at him and seems to forces the rocks in the ground to rise up and smash into her Oh SNAP! Kara freaks out as she's bashed to and fro. That was completely unexpected.

Kara gets up from that brutal hit, and shakes off the chills. The simian runs at Torchic and aims carefully before jumping up, leaping pretty high in the air, before forming a perfect flying kick pose. Torchic tries to dance in a circle, Kara flying though this seemingly weak wall of feathers before kicking Torchic in the face. Torchic fell backwards, but the plan worked...maybe.
