Well, after two rounds, I don't think you need to worry about Confusion anymore. So... Sucker Punch x3.

The subs:

Magic Coat what you can. (If he uses another status-inducing move+Magic Coat combo, use Magic Coat+Magic Coat. If he tries a status-inducing move+Magic Coat+Magic Coat combo, use Magic Coat+Magic Coat+Magic Coat.)

If he uses any other non-attack, non-Magic Coatable move, Shadow Ball instead.

And, finally, Protect against damage-dealing combos.

Sooo tempted to try a bouncing status effect. Anyway.

Okay...might get complicated with two Attack Impeding statuses on the Girafarig. So a bit of subs coming as well. Start off with a Pain Split after the first attack to help even the odds. When he comes in to hit you with a Sucker Punch, use that momentum against him by Flinging him back.

Subs: (here goes)

If he's PAR or CNF for the first attack, Heal Pulse instead of Pain Split. Then hit him with some Signal Beams while he's Par and/or CNF.

Borth of Invertarig's head contanued their lively banter about the socioeconomic state of Pakistan for a few more moments. Then came that weird silence. You know the silence that happens when you finish a conversation and both of you have nothing to say. ONly it was more awkward because Tsuki and the Rainbow serpent were staring at them.

To break the silence, a Shadowball was flung at Tsuki, whom began to glow. The glow was doused in dark colored energy as the shadowball exploded on her frame, but Tsuki held out, compensating for the strike power with a balancing of soul energy...and also alleviating that paralysis quite a bit.

Invert stood up, and quit playing nice. He stamped his foot, ready to charge the Psychic if it did ANYTHING funny. Anything. But Tsuki stood there. With a stone cold face. She was waiting for him! Without any direct attack...there was nothing Invert could do.

This stalemate continued..and neither Pokemon was flinching. Even as the rain stated to fall, both Pokemon held their ground.

Ayers Rock – Rainbow Serpent (Australia)

On top of the large sandstone formation coils the Rainbow Serpent. Various representations have the being representing different things. A large horned wurm, she is a god of fertility and life who's scales are the colors of the rainbow, hence her name. While the Pokemon battle in her presence, any Fire, Grass, Water, Ground, and Dragon attacks are more powerful than normal. However, she may lash out with a rage as she summons a thunderstorm and unleashes lightning bolts on the arena, before she heals them after her rage is satisfied.

Hazards:
Rain – As per Rain Dance, with two round breaks in between.
Lightning – The Rainbow Serpent will use several Electric Attacks after she brings the rain. When the rain leaves she will stop attacking.

Bonus:
Life Force – Fire, Grass, Water, Ground, and Dragon attacks are increased by +3 damage.

Things I noticed:
1) Can't really do anything since Sucker Punch responds to attacks.
2) Rainbow Serpent ready to deliver the LIGHTNING!

We have an angry serpent hell bent on electrocuting anything and everything in the area, one damaged pseudo-girraf, along with a blue-haired ballerina.

Okay. It looks like it's going to be Do or Die time.

Subs: If he tries for a massive combo, Protect through it. If you feel yourself ready to drop (about 5 HP or less) Destiny Bond and make him regret it.

Tsuki noted the serpents impending Rain Dance, and went to work. She flung one hand out, blasting Invert with a Signal Beam. Invert struck back with a Shadowball from his rear head. Tsuki took the strike, and skidded on the rock, as the rain began to fall. The Rainbow Seprent flew over head, cracking with rage.

Weary from that strike, Tsuki tries to link with Invert. But the link is iimperfect, as a Protective barrier rises. It buffers a tad due to the serpents intervention, a Thunder raining down on his barrier. As the Thunder faded away, so did his shielding.

Tsuki took the opening and connected with the giraffe, but only to be struck by a blast of electric fury. The Serpent has spoken, and Invert is the only one left to understand her word.

10. Temple Training Grounds – Yinglong (Chinese)

A temple atop a remote Chinese mountain. Yinglong, an ancient eastern dragon with a mixture of chimeric features hovers over the massive training grounds, watching the battle with a distant interest. Various martial arts weapons are on racks around the grounds as the Pokemon battle. The weapons can give any Pokemon that uses them a small to large bonus when used. Such a bonus can be increased if used with a Fighting type attack. Students of the arts will randomly attack the Pokemon as part of their own training. A rain storm will sometimes break out, soaking the temple in water.

Hazards:
Students – Those under training will attack for 6 Damage for two attack slots. This is part of their training as well as for disrupting classes.
Rain – As per Rain Dance with a two Round wait between each storm.

Bonuses:
Weapons – Various weapons can give a +4 bonus to physical attacks. The bonus is +8 when used with Fighting attacks.

Restricted Moves:
None

Special:
Fairness – Super Effective moves are limited. Each Pokemon may use a single x2 Effective move Per Round. Any x4 Effective move will force the Pokemon unable to use any super effective move for two Rounds. This does not affect Non-damaging super effective moves.

2) Watching Tosh.o slows me down. Alot.

I release Emperor Moustache, my male Jellicent with Damp. (Which is a ridiculous ability for a Jellicent since Ghosts are already immune to Explode/Selfdestruct. Really only useful in melee battles/if Foresighted. Dunno what I was thinking.)

Okay, Emperor Moustache, even with your silly ability you're still the single most rockin' Gen V Pokemon! Demonstrate this by grabbing a weapon and using it to boost your Wring Out. Follow with a Water Spout and finish with Scald.

Sub: Use Rain Dance every time Zu uses Sandstorm or Double Team.

(Also, can I just say how pumped I am to finally be using my Jellicent in battle? This might just be sleep deprivation talking, but Jellicent is perhaps my third favourite Pokemon after Snorlax and Ludicolo. <3)

Okay Zu, let's go Primeval on this Jelifish... Which should be ... like a pile of jelly without a body of water to support it... Waitaminute? Since when the hell does it levitate!? Curse you anime...

When he grabs a weapon, bring the sun with a Sunny Day, that should cut his power, then grab a weapon, a nice pair of brass knuckles for your claws will work. Next, avoid that Spout with a blind-siding Dragon Rush, then use your momentum to stay behind him and away from that Scald with a Shadow Claw.

As the terrain warps, we all lands on the ancient brick laden ground of a secret temple of Shaolin. The students training there do not flinch, as their focus is their main lesson today-distractions get you hurt. Over to the east, a solitary dragon keeps watch, intrigued by the newcomers in this match.

Mew Master realizes this match is do or die, so he starts off by having his own dragon try to command the elements. Zu oblidges, roaring loud enough to force a the sun to shine. Emperor spies the brightened sunlight as it washes over the field, but he manages to grab a bolo whip.

Bobbing over to the dragon bathed in light, the whip is wrapped around Zu's feet, as Emperor puts the squeeze on his opponent. The whip makes it harder for Zu to resist, leaving him pretty hurt by this maneuver.

Zu: -4E/-15H ~~ EM: -9E

Emperor smirked, as he withdrew himself from Zu. The dragon tried to square his feet away, but that stupid whip was making things hard. Lurching onto his stomach, the dragon thrusted himself forward to the weapon rack, and found a set of tiger claws that fit over his appendages. (weird?). Using his pent up rage to power him right into Emperor, Zu smirked as they flew back into the western wall. Zu backed off the jellyfish right as Emperor fired a massive blast of water.

Zu smirked as the rays of light seemed to weaken that blast. He swung his arm through the blast to dismiss the rest.

Zu: -8E/-7H ~~ Em: -8E/-14H

The students continued their formation as Zu lunged back toward the fight. Zu took the time to get that stupid whip off his feet, but that gave Emperor a moment to ready himself. Bubbling water could be heard from somewhere, and Emperor stared down Zu, right before the dragon stepped free of his bind and dashed toward him.

Zu made a hard left as Emp fired the Scald stream straight on, barely grazing the dragon. He-on the other hand-cut in again and slashed the offending invertebrate with a nasty realm shifting set of claws-enhanced by that newfangled weaponry.

Also, question: Since Wring Out is SP based and granted most of the moves that Oslo picked were Special Based, with the Sunny Day in effect there shouldn't be much of a bonus to his attacks because the weapons only aid in Physical Based Attacks. Wring Out especially is Special Based... so dodesn't the Damage seem a bit excessive?

My bad. I thought Wring out was Physical based :/ But Wring out is Normal, why would it be affected by the sun?
And Wring out is affected by how much life the opponent has. You have full health, hence it hurts alot.

Okay Zu, let's keep up the pressure. Bulldoze, followed with a Stone Edge and wrap it all up with a Shadow Claw. I he tries a Double Team, burst through the clones with an Aerial Ace. If he's going to try and start a Rain Dance, counter it with a Sandstorm to block his vision and give yourself some cover, if he's going to try an offensive Ice Move, Protect.

The dragon high above the training grounds stared at the two Pokemon duking it out. Some of the students seemed interested in the battle now, and ever the weather seemed curious, clouds rolling in from the west.

But Zu and Emperor were focused. Zu bellowed, forcing the ground to ripple under Emperor. This caused the jelly to shift around uncomfortably. Regaining balance, Emperor fired off a nice series of insults. Hell, I'd be hard pressed to call Zu a toothless, bodysuit wearing mouth sucker.

Zu: -6E Tnt 4 act. ~~ EM: -9E/-9H -Spd

Zu was ticked, and took his anger out in a dangerous way. He dashed toward the ghost, and slammed into Emperor, flying backwards. Emperor was able to skid to a stop, but that left him in the midst of the trainees. This left Emperor open to a flurry of kicks and punches that..ironically flew through him. He laughed off the strikes and countered with a chilling snap of air. It came down the side of the mountain, and blasted over the area with a nasty force tht left Zu under a nice pile of snow

Zu: -9E/-30H ~~ Em: -10E/-13H

Zu barely poked his head out from the Blizzard pact when Emperor came within striking distance,. This is all relative, when you happen to grab a three section staff and use it to sweep your opponent skyward -coupled with a watery force. Zu flipped free of the chilling prizon, but landed with his back on the snow pac.

Growling insatiably, the dragon forced himself forward and lunged for Emperor with a renewed ferocity. Claws ripped at the ghostly tendrils,giving Emperor a bit of a start!

Lead with Confuse Ray. Then go for two weapon-boosted Waterfalls.

Rain Dance if he Double Teams or changes the weather. If at any point he is underground, Relax away.

Use your speed advantage to Dig down before that Confuse Ray, then stalk your prey like the land shark you are so that after he relaxes, burst out of the ground under him for a Dig and Crunch Combo! Let's call it Air-Jaws.

Still seething with rage from that last cold strike, Zu decides this needs to head in a more southern direction. he lashes hard swipes to the brick laden ground,shattering them and digging into the Mountain. Emperor spiers this, and hangs back. Why waste energy?

As the sun draws to a close, those clouds surge in bringing their cooler winds and darkening features to this training ground. The dragon cries out from his perch, as they now obscure his view. The students back away, unsure what their mighty god may do now.

Zu is the one they should worry about, as he ruptures the ground under Moustache, and clamps down on that very stylish facial construction. Tentacles quickly regrasp that staff before he is out of range, and Moustache follow the aerial strike with an overhead Waterfall weapon smash.

As Zu hits the ground from the blow, he notes the watery strike seems to have been the precursor to the rains.

Zu: -10E/-15H ~~ Em: -7E/-24H

With the rain now falling, Emperor seems to have received a timely benefactor. That three-section staff spins violently amongst those tendrils, and Zu seems to have nothing left. A visible bending wave of water can be seen from teh motion of the staff as it goes for another overhead strike. Zu rolls sideways, but the staff's reach is farther than he anticipates.

A final waterfall hammer strike, and down goes the dragon.

Things I noticed:
1) RAIN!
2) After 4 rounds, Oslo has 3 complete sets to Mew's 1. That hereby solidifies Oslo as the winner!
3) Oslo receives 7 points, Mew's Badge and his TM.
4) Mew receives 5 points.
