‡ Round 1 ‡
G'day, ladies/gentlemen/everyone else, and welcome to what I'm sure will shape up to be an endlessly exciting Pogeymon battle! At the moment we find ourselves in the middle of a field where lightning flits and forks in the sky. (Nobody stand under any trees, y'hear?) This lovely locale will serve as the backdrop as newbie and a not-quite-as-much-of-a-newbie square off against one another... and here they are now! Choi and Mr. Madister exchange the requisite super intense looks of super intensity before releasing their Pokemon to the field. The former trainer sends out a squinty-eyed rodent thinger while the latter opts for skull-wearing rodent thinger. Well, let's get this underway!
Being the faster Pokemon, Psycho moves first. The Abra raises her hands and lets out a strange whine as a shield of silver light materializes in front of her. Undaunted by this bit of witchery, Skulldozer horks up something nasty from the base of his throat... or, rather, makes a horking noise but comes up dry.
Psycho: <-4 EP; Rft>
Skulldozer: <Can't move!>
A green ball of light begins to pop and fizzle into existence. It hovers for a second before Psycho, casting an eerie radiance over her skin, but then the Abra waves her arm and sends the attack whizzing toward Skulldozer. The Cubone is knocked clear off his feet by the Energy Ball and even drops his bone. Yes, his bone! The humanity! Skulldozer grumbles to himself as he picks up his bone and does a bit of a spin on the spot. Suddenly, four identical Cubone clones materialize on the field. Psycho peers from one to the next, unable to tell which is the realSlim ShadySkulldozer.
Psycho: <-6 EP>
Skulldozer: <-12 HP; -4 EP; 4 clones>
Psycho locks eyes with the nearest clone and tries to lull it into a deep sleep. However, the staring contest proves futile: nobody seems to be drifting away to dreamland. Snickering, Skulldozer raises his arms and causes a booming fountain of earth to spray upward, launching Psycho into the sky. The Abra lands back down on the ground and looks a little shell-shocked after that surprise strike. This Cubone seems to be one heck of a fighter. I guess repressed mommy trauma will do that to you.
Psycho: <-11 HP; -4 EP>
Skulldozer: <-7 EP; 4 clones>

I would like to point out that Toxic is banned, but you still allowed his Cubone to use it. Is it okay if you change it? ~
Once it's changed, then Psycho shall use Taunt, followed up with an Ice Punch then an Encore before he uses Earth Power, to make him repeatedly try to use Captivate.
Taunt ~ Ice Punch ~ Encore
Derp. It's so easy to forget about those pesky banned moved. Fixed!
Expect this up tomorrow.
Thank you Oslo! I didn't want to seem bitchy or anything, but rules are rules I suppose. :3
Naw, all refs screw up here and there. Feel free to call me out on any shenanigans you see.

‡ Round 2 ‡
After an exciting first round, the battle continues as Psycho spouts off a few rude Taunts. She tells Skulldozer that he must be uglier than a Seismitoad since he hides his face behind that skull at all times, which sends the little Cubone into a bit of a mood swing. (As it turns out, having an army of clones at your side doesn't prevent you from hearing Taunts. Darn.) Instead of following through with his trainer's orders, he scurries over and swats Psycho in the face with his paw. The attack is weakened by the Reflect, but still... sweet vengeance.
Psycho: <-2 HP; -4 EP>
Skulldozer: <-1 EP; Tnt; 4 clones>
Psycho hops to her feet (Abras look weird when they walk, fyi) and sashays over toward Skulldozer and his clone posse before attempting to strike one with a fist of icy rage. Alas, the tactic doesn't pan out so well: the attack sails right through a Cubone clone, leaving the real Skulldozer unharmed. However, the memory of that vicious Taunt still has him in a bit of a rage. This time, he smacks Psycho upside the head with his tail. Lawl. Violence.
Psycho: <-2 HP; -6 EP>
Skulldozer: <-1 EP; 3 clones>
Suddenly, Psycho bursts into raucous applause. Encore! Encore! Though he's still enraged, Skulldozer is also quite flattered. Blushing (not that you can tell, 'cause of that skull and everything), he once again deals Psycho a mild smack.
With that, Psycho's Reflect winks out.

Alright, begin with a Double Team! Then use Psychic followed by a Drain Punch!
If he is about to hit you, then use Teleport instead of Psychic or Drain Punch!

‡ Round 3 ‡
Envious of Skulldozer's clones, Psycho decides to create some of her own. She spins on the spot and four identical Abras appear on her every side and begin to mimic her movements. However, Skulldozer isn't having any of this. He leaps into the air, does a cool little flip and lands right on Psycho's head with impeccable Accuracy. Just like that, she takes damage and loses all her little lovelies. Noooo! They were gonna start a bowling team and everything. Rats.
Psycho: <-6 HP; -4 EP; 0 clones>
Skulldozer: <-4 EP; 3 clones>
Psycho bides her time to see what Psycho is about to do. Realizing that the Cubone and his clones are racing forward to deliver another hit, she Teleports several feet behind him. Hah! However, the joke's on her. Again, making the most of the move's precise nature, Skulldozer does a backflip and once again lands on Skulldozer's head. Man, think of the chronic neck pain that'll give her. Does anyone know the number of any local Abra chiropractors?
Psycho: <-6 HP; -4 EP>
Skulldozer: <-4 EP; 3 clones>
Okay, so it turns out Teleport isn't a viable strategy. Nuts. Realizing the futility in trying the same failed tactic over again even those her trainer ordered it, she instead delivers Skulldozer a powerful Drain Punch... and by Skulldozer, I mean Skulldozer's clone 'cause the attack totally misses its intended target, striking one of the Cubone doppelgangers instead. It vanishes and leaves Skulldozer open to attacking with yet another Aerial Ace. It hits and, with that, the Taunt wear off. Skulldozer puffs out his chest proudly. He's unstoppable!
Psycho: <-6 HP; -6 EP>
Skulldozer: <-4 EP; 2 clones>

‡ Round 4 ‡
Psycho begins the next round with an eerie hum as red light envelops his body. As though some invisible crane has lifted him off the ground, the little Abra rises off the ground. Skulldozer slams his tail against the ground and attempts to smite the little Psychic-type with a swift Earthquake, but Psycho doesn't feel a thing.
Psycho: <-4 EP; Tkn>
Skulldozer: <-8 EP; 2 clones>
Psycho now conjures up another Energy Ball flings it at her opponent, scoring a clear hit... against one of Skulldozer's remaining clones. Skulldozer at this point doesn't really want to try another Earthquake, but he doesn't know what other move to try. Crossing his fingers, he slams his bone against the ground and sends shock waves rippling toward Psycho. High and dry, Psycho is immune.
Psycho: <-6 EP>
Skulldozer: <-8 EP; 1 clone>
Luck finally works in Psycho's favour: the Abra tries another Energy Ball and this one actually hits its intended target. Skulldozer is tossed clear off his feet and even suffers a minute drop in his ranged defences. The remaining Cubone clone disappears as well. Once again, the little skull-wearing squirt tries an Earthquake, but it doesn't work. Wah-wah.
