Hey all, it's that time of year again! We haven't done one of these in ages! Get in the giving spirit and let your fellow ASBer know you care with a nice gift before you cream them in the tournament!

Gifts can come in the following flavors:

Usually I give bundles, but my bank is a little too low for that. Instead, I will buy one Pokemon for each of the first ten people who respond saying they would like one.

I'll select the Pokemon by looking at your team and determining which Pokemon would be a good fit. Make sure your Vs. Seeker entry is up to date so I don't accidentally give you a Pokemon you already have. I'll wait until all ten responses are in before gifting anything. If after a week ten people haven't responded, then the people who have responded can request a second Pokemon.

Also, as my squad is bigger than I need it to be, no need to buy any Pogeymons for Oslo. :3

Thanks Oslo...but being as my team is chock full of Pokemon, I'm not so sure if I want to be on your Pokemon giving list this year. Thanks again for thinking of me though.

For me, I'm all about catching Pokemon that I think would fit my team (aka ones who I can work well with, such as users of Sucker Punch or any other damaging priority move, Magic Coat, and Snatch)...being a vet isn't easy, you know?

The entire Fletchling line? Eh, I dunno. Gale Wings is not bad in theory, but in my opinion it's hard to compare to Prankster. Sorry Ash, but some abilities just don't really tickle my fancy.

OK... So, DL said I have permission to give away pokemon as a final thing. After that, this account is most likely gone. Of note: Since this is me closing off this account, I'll be giving away gift pokemon. This is not meant to offend anyone, in fact, it's my way of ensuring that person's spirit hangs around.

So. First of all, the most controversial one. DL said I could give Nepence some of Chaos_Redefined's pokemon. So... Nepence gets DARKRAI. A Darkrai with Bad Dreams. I'm gonna give DL some time to refuse that one though.

Next off... A few more reasonable ones.
Ayeun gets Goku, a male Ambipom with Technician that has caused Ay nightmares for years. Weasel Overlord suggested it to me, and I have not once regretted it's inclusion in my team. Oh. And you can have a Skitty. It was part of the package deal with Darkrai. Skitty is male and has Cute Charm.

Jelibean Man gets Slasher, a Male Scizor with Swarm. This thing won MLG loads of battles, and it definitely played its part in my gym match against Ayeun. So, make sure you keep the spirit alive.

Oslo... You need a Kangaskhan. Have Smack. Named by Kurosakura because she tried to smack me. Female with Early Bird.

DL... I know you said you don't want anything, but I swear I remember you saying you love dinosaur-style pokemon at one point (which prompted me to get you a Tropius)... And I notice you don't have an Aerodactyl... And now those things are a pain to get... So... Have Tearo. A male Aerodactyl with Pressure. Maybe it's awesomeness will make you realize how accessible fossil pokemon should be . On a related note...

Ash. This one was originally a gift from Blademaster, and it served me well. Dunno how well it served him though... Tippy, the female Venomoth with Shield Dust is yours.

Greiger. You saw the awesome power of Togepi and it's Serene Grace, so I give you Tokuchi, my Male Togekiss with Serene Grace. Suggested by DL, it quickly became one of my favourites, to the point where I made sure to get one this time around.

Mikachu... A pokemon from the Safari Zone, you get a male Hitmonchan with Iron Fist.

Emerald... You seem to have a decent collection of water types, so I give you a Starmie named Shinja. It has Natural Cure, and the original defense of Minimize/Recover .

BTPoke... Originally a gift from Greyfox, I give you Exodus, a Shedinja. I'm sure he'll have some stories for you .

Knight of Time... I gave up looking through your list and decided to give you Gonga, my Bronzong. It has Levitate.

Greyfox... I notice your dragon-likes and dragons are lacking, so have Tiamat. It's a male Shelgon with Rock Head.

I have 33 points to hand out as well... so who wants some?

And yeah. Goku was a nightmare for Ay. Best purchase I ever made.

For the record, the reason I gave Ayeun the skitty was because it was the same skitty that I caught with Darkrai, and I seem to remember Ayeun enjoying roleplaying it more than anything else out of that session. It might have been more memorable than the Darkrai itself. Or the fun we had in the approval tower afterwards...
