Start by blowing up a Sandstorm. Next, blast Rawk Hawk with a Sludge Bomb before trying to Wrap it.

Rawk Hawk, we're in the home stretch. That snail is the final obstacle between us and freedom.

That obstacle is about to get shattered! Rawk Hawk, use Focus Punch, Stone Edge, and finish with Swords Dance. Let's see how good her grip is on a spindle moving at a hundred miles an hour!

ROUND 92
This is it, the final battle. God knows we've been waiting almost a year for this thing to end. The final trainer is Master of Puppets, who should be choosing a master pokemon to bring us home. MoP chooses... a shuckle. Yeah.

The aforementioned shuckle, Cici, attempts to summon a sandstorm using her premier abilities. However, the sands never come, perhaps due to the arena still being indoors [ -5PP Cici ]. Rawk Hawk, who had just polished off his last elixir, gets into his zen thing before punching the tiny rockbug with his talons, sending her flying into a wall [ -20HP Cici / -9PP Rawk Hawk ].

Cici pulls herself off of the wall just in time to be slammed with Rawk's painful elbow [ -13HP Cici / -8PP Rawk Hawk ]. She pulls herself together once again, spitting off a huge blast of poison that strikes the firebird, managing to poison him as well [ -9HP, +3% Psn Rawk Hawk / -7PP Cici ]. Cici gets a lucky break after all.

The much smaller rockbug ends her techniques by whipping her arms and legs around Rawk like an unusual squid, constricting his body [ -2HP Rawk Hawk / -2PP Cici ]. Rawk, however, knowing how to deal with the situation, spins around swiftly, increasing his attack power in the process [ +20% Atk, -5PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. The force of it causes Cici to lose her grip before hitting the wall a second time.

Rawk, hit her with Flamethrower, followed by an Earthquake. Finish with a Blaze Kick; kick her into the wall a THIRD time.

[Master of Paradox]

Cici, you're half-Rock. That means Fire's not as much of a danger as it would normally be to a Bug. So give him an Encore after the flames wash off your stony shell.

Next, while Rawk Hawk starts to build up for the encore performance, Wrap your tentacles around his throat. He did it to my Torkoal once, and I'm interested in seeing what happens here.

Finally, respond to the Blaze Kick with a Stone Edge. See how HE likes it!

ROUND 93
Rawk Hawk begins the second round of this bout swiftly, with a river of flames that easily toasts the turtle-like bug [ -9HP Cici / -5PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. Cici likes the display so much that she applauds her foe, giving him the encouragement to try it again [ -3PP Cici / Rawk Hawk Encored ]...

...which he does. The flames swiftly wrap around Cici before she's given a chance to defend herself [ -9HP Cici / -5PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. Her legs don't even get a chance to wrap around his beak.

Free of his repetition, Rawk Hawk now sets his right foot ablaze before sailing through the air like Lui Kang. The fiery bird stamps his flaming foot into Cici's shell, easily slamming her into the wall yet again [ -10HP Cici / -6PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. Cici struggles to put herself back together before surrounding her entire body in stone and launching herself directly into Rawk's torso. The blow hits and it hits hard, scoring critically [ -15HP Rawk Hawk / -7PP Cici ].

Rawk Hawk and Cici dive at one another with guns a-blazin'. And by guns, I mean fists, and by a-blazin', I mean shut the hell up! Anyway, their balled up fists, combined with the power of ROCK! (not that kind) collide together, knocking eachother in every which way [ -17HP, -7PP Cici / -10HP, -8PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ].

Shaken up, Cici decides to pull no punches and stamps her feet on the floor, creating several tremors in the Glitz Pit. But Rawk Hawk bounds high into the air, narrowly avoiding the first quake [ -8PP Cici / -5PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. Rawk remains high in the air for a few seconds before swan diving towards Cici, using the momentum to tackle her with wind energy [ -10HP Cici, -1HP Rawk Hawk ]. Cici, annoyed, stamps the floor yet again, giving Rawk Hawk what for [ -15HP Rawk Hawk / -8PP Cici ]!

If she uses a super-effective attack, then Endure it.

Uncertain of his foe's next move, Rawk Hawk decides to play the next round safe by closing his eyes and creating three near identical illusions that envelope Cici [ -8PP, -1HP, +75% Eva Rawk Hawk ]. But rather than worry about them all, Cici decides to rest her eyes [ +100% Slp, +10HP, -10PP Cici ].

Rawk attempts to taunt his foe into attacking, but she's dead asleep and can't hear him [ -2PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk / +10HP, -10PP Cici ]. While she sleeps, she mumbles, inadvertantly summoning a rock slide to pummel one of Rawk's clones [ -9% Eva Rawk Hawk ].

Rawk keeps his mind at ease knowing that he has a 66 percent chance of not being hit. As he does so, his focus becomes peaked [ -3PP, -1HP, +50% Cri Rawk Hawk ]. Cici continues to mumble before biting at a random Rawk image, making it vanish as well [ +10HP, -10PP Cici / -16% Eva Rawk Hawk ].

Rawk, decidedly pissed that his foe is sleeping during the last match of this thing (and rightfully so -- if this match passes a hundred rounds, I swear...), just keeps his cool to regain some energy [ +10PP, -1HP Rawk Hawk ] while Cici, in her seemingly infinite slumber, spits out an even more venomous blob at him, deepening his poison [ +3% Tox Rawk Hawk ].

But before the toxins can even have an effect, Rawk drifts into dreamland himself and... son... of a bitch... they're both asleep [ +10HP, -10PP, -Tox, +100% Slp Rawk Hawk ]. Cici responds by biting him... weakly [ -3HP Rawk Hawk ].

The Hawk suddenly jettisons forward, glowing in a brilliant bright aura as he crashes directly into Cici, who tries hard to endure the hit [ +10HP, -10PP Rawk Hawk / -12HP Cici ]. The sheer force of the blow snaps her out of her slumber, just in time for the round to end.

If you're awake and she uses a status move, use Magic Coat. Otherwise, use Stone Edge.

Choke off the Sleep Talk by Constricting your tentacles around his throat. Then Dig and come up under him hard.

Rawk Hawk, while snoozing, gets his beak tethered shut by Cici's viney arms [ -2HP Rawk Hawk / -2PP Cici ], preventing him from mumbling sweet nothings to his adversary. But she then lets it go with she struggles to dig into the clay arena floor. With his range of attacks free, he lunges at the digging bug and plants her with a fiery fist [ -7HP Cici / +10HP, -10PP Rawk Hawk ]. The flames die out, and Cici finally manages to dig underground.

The snoozing Hawk fires off a blindingly powerful hyper beam, meanwhile, that hits (and therefore destroys) the wall on the left as Cici climbs out of her hole and wangs the firebird in the leg [ -12HP Rawk Hawk / -5PP Cici ].

Take a moment to catch your breath, then Constrict his throat again, and do it once more. Let's strangle him.

ROUND 98
Both pokémon on the field take a much needed break to relax their muscles [ +10PP Rawk Hawk / +10PP Cici ]. Upon finishing, Cici lunges toward Rawk once more to latch his beak shut with her tendrils [ -2HP Rawk Hawk / -2PP Cici ]. As she's doing so, Rawk awakens and, knowing what to do easily, charges up for his ultimate technique. Cici, looking frightened, tries to loosen her grip and escape, but she's not fast enough as the firebird unleashes a super-powered blast of pure energy. The blast throws Cici out of the hole previously created by Rawk's first hyper beam [ -23HP Cici / -20PP Rawk Hawk ]. The dust and smoke clears, and Cici is clearly knocked out.

Aaaaand there you have it, folks. Rawk Hawk has finished this year-long battle in less than a hundred rounds!

Holy effin-a, the battle is over!

Blade gets 2, MoP gets 1, and I get 2... also, Mew Master gets some mystery gift.

Ergo, I am still the Champion-of-undefined-circumstances (Read the fine print - I never said in my first post precisely what the circumstances of being 'Champion' were. ), and thus don't have to pay you shit-all.
