Ziz waits patiently above, quietly watching as suddenly the cracked pillar is shatters into pieces (that go flying), and a peeved Dragonair emerges from the tomb (5 ENG @ Whiplash). Ziz roars, hovering in the air, brilliant energy begins to gather in his mouth and suddenly the arena is engulfed in white for a split second. As the light disappears a powerful beam of gold and purple energy hits Dragonair and pushes her back into the tomb (15 DMG @ Whiplash, 8 ENG @ Ziz).

Ziz then lands on the ground, panting because the attack took so much out of him. Whiplash takes her chance, and despite the spreading inferno, summons an whirlwind of ice and snow down onto the Aerodactyl, who, to tired to dodge, takes the hit (17 DMG @ Ziz, 6 ENG @ Whiplash).

With Ziz recovered, the rock-bird roars and stomps his foot. A stream of rocks goes flying towards the dragon-type (1 ENG @ Ziz). Dragonair however, gets a burst of speed from released adrenaline and the attack completely misses (4 ENG @ Whiplash, +2 SPD, 10% miss @ Ziz). However, the red glow around the Aerodactyl fades, foresight has ended, and the turquoise shield around Whiplash shatters.

Seemingly the final round of Ziz, Whiplash relaxes a little and summons the rain to help her. The sky darkness and it quickly begins to pour, dousing the fire that has burnt 64% of the arena (4 ENG @ Whiplash). Aerodactyl, knowing the end is near, tries his luck, he fires a brilliant white beam at Whiplash (7 DMG @ Whiplash, 3 ENG @ Ziz). With the help of the rain, and the laced beam, Whiplash becomes frozen solid (FRZ @ Whiplash).

The ref’s jaw drops.

Ziz blinks; did… Did that just happen? He looks up at the rain and smiles a little, before staring back at Whiplash, who, despite being frozen attempts a shockwave. But the ice traps it, and she only ends up shocking herself (3 DMG @ Whiplash, 3 ENG @ Ziz). Ziz grins evilly; he zooms towards Whiplash with icy-glowing ice and ridiculous speed. He slams the ice sculpture before chomping down on it, the cold of the second attack thickening some of the ice (20 DMG @ Whiplash, 4 ENG @ Ziz, 10% break free @ Whiplash).

Whiplash panics, she needs air, blindly she expels red hot flames from her mouth and quickly melts enough of the ice away to breathe and kind of turn her head, but completely misses Ziz who half-hops out of the way (4 ENG @ Whiplash, 20% break free @ Whiplash).

By far the most straightforward round, it begins with Ziz flying behind Whiplash, ice energy on his teeth he swoops down and chomps down on Dragonair, who promptly releases a powerful electrical current that shock both her and her opponent a bit (17 @ Whiplash, 12 DMG @ Ziz, 50% break free @ Whiplash, 3 ENG @ Ziz, 6 ENG @ Whiplash).

Ziz roars, he wasn’t expecting that, but no matter, he will finish this damned Dragonair! He bites down again with icy fangs and gets one hell of a shock (16 DMG @ Whiplash, 12 DMG @ Ziz, 70% break free @ Whiplash, 6 ENG @ Whiplash, 3 ENG @ Ziz).

Both Pokemon slump, Ziz has managed to put the trainers back on even footing.

Two new Pokemon, oh god, I don’t want to ref this but I have to. Anyways as Jimmy the tumbleweed blows on through Wyndryde decides to throw insults at Behemoth (3 ENG @ Wyndryde).

“BastARD BITCH FUCK TARD PIZZAFACE BISCUIT”

I see a flaw in this plan…

Behemoth charges, propelled also by his anger he slams his body into Absol and sends the bad-mouthed thing toppling over towards the lake (8 DMG @ Wyndryde, 4 ENG @ Behemoth).

Now for actions two, MM and the ref both watch as DL runs up to Behemoth, obviously spiteful. He commences to urinate on a taunted, very angry, very large, dinosaur.

Smart.

The steel type slams DL back into his pokemon (poor Absol), and stomps his foot. Pillars of stone rise up and trap both the trainer and his pokemon into a dark tomb (7 DMG @ Wyndryde, 7 DMG @ DarkestLight, 2 ENG @ Behemoth).

“Um… Help?”

The pillar slightly cracks, as a psycho cut hits it (3 ENG @ Wyndryde).

Well, the next actions start a Wyndryde shoots off a thunder wave hoping to hit Behemoth but fails because of the pillar, unfortunately some of the electricity hits DL and he falls to the ground due to muscle spasms (2 ENG @ Wyndryde, PAR @ DarkestLight, 30% ATK fail @ DarkestLight).

Erupting from underneath them to join them in the (small) tomb is Behemoth, who stomps on DL’s face (X__X) and slams into Absol, doing some damage (8 DMG @ Wyndryde, 8 DMG @ DarkestLight, 4 ENG @ Behemoth). Now the entire gang is stuck in the tomb…

The ref grimaces; “Oh this can’t end well..”

As DarkestLight emerges from the hole covered in dirt, he scurries off the field as Behemoth and Wyndryde face off again. Just as Bastiodon is about to use Mud Slap Absol jumps in and throws a glob of dirt and muck into Behemoth’s face (13 DMG @ Behemoth, 3 ENG @ Wyndryde, 10% miss @ Behemoth). The dinosaur growls, and flings a glob of mud into Wyndryde’s face as planned (2 DMG @ Wyndryde, 1 ENG @ Behemoth, 10% miss @ Wyndryde). However, trapped in such a small pace together, dodging is really pointless.

Wyndryde releases a adrenaline rush (4 ENG @ Wyndryde, +2 SPD @ Wyndryde), while Behemoth commences slamming the poor dark type, who really has no way to dodge, with a stone edge (11 DMG @ Wyndryde, 3 ENG @ Behemoth). They both slam into a pillar that cracks and tilts over a little.

Still trapped, Wyndryde sees faintly into the future to detect a rather nasty electric attack (5 ENG @ Wyndryde). The Absol scrambles, but with really no where to run, the thunderbolt hits home and Absol’s muscle begin to spasm (9 DMG @ Wyndryde, 4 ENG Behemoth, PAR @ Wyndryde, 30% Physical ATK fail @ Wyndryde).

Not that they really notice, but the rain stops…

First Hyper Beam and knock the wind out of him so he can't sing. Then use the next turn to recover before using a Metal Burst after he uses the Super Power. Show him that if you're going down, you're going down fighting!

Another round begins with the poor, beaten Wyndryde turning desperate. He takes in a deep breath and begins to sing an eerie though beautiful song (6 ENG @ Wyndryde). The arena turned chilly as a bitter breeze sweeps through, and Behemoth can feel a dark spirit approaching. Despite this, the pokemon begins to charge up a beam, everyone on the outside watches as there is a bright flash of light and then a pillar explodes, and a poor absol is shot through the rubble as it slams back into the ground with multiple thuds (15 DMG @ Wyndryde, 6 ENG @ Behemoth).

Wyndryde slowly recovers, and yelps. His right front leg is broken, and he can’t use it. Afraid of another beating the poor dark type uses Protect (5 ENG @ Wyndryde). However, Behemoth needs a break, even his anger can’t compel him to charge.

Absol charges (kind of), intent on getting revenge on that damned dinosaur. Horn on its head (which Denny proclaims is a twin fetus that died) glowing he swipes at Behemoth. The armour plated crest cracks and dents because Wyndryde did awesome damage (21 DMG @ Behemoth, 6 ENG @ Wyndryde, -1 ATK & -1 DEF @ Wyndryde). Anger fuels the dinosaur and he fires a silvery beam at Absol. The Dark type groans and is thrown several feet back as the attack subsides (42 DMG @ Wyndryde, 6 ENG @ Behemoth, DMG CAP @ Wyndryde).

DL’s pokemon slowly gets up, if it weren’t for the ref’s magical damage cap ability, he would’ve been finished.

Are we on the last round? We’ll find out soon enough as Behemoth charges, and attempts to slam into the wounded and crippled Absol (4 ENG @ Behemoth)! But alas, Wyndryde summons a golden shield to protect himself and Bastiodon slams into it instead (5 ENG @ Wyndryde).

Now comes another assault, Bastiodon charges again, coming in for a stone edge (2 ENG @ Behemoth). But Absol has used his precognition and seen the attack coming, he gracefully dodges and prevents injury to his leg again (7 ENG @ Wyndryde).

That’s… Annoying, Behemoth takes a couple of steps back and fires an aqua beam that quickly turns to a stream of ice at Absol who attempts to use protect, but the shield doesn’t appear! Wyndryde is blasted by the beam (9 DMG @ Wyndryde, 9 ENG @ Wyndryde, 4 ENG @ Behemoth).

Wyndryde lives for the next round, and that bitter wind from before sweeps over the field again, as a dark shadow appears on the ground with red eyes, staring intently at Behemoth. However, the dinosaur seems to have calmed down.
