Both Red Dragons look at the Torchic, from behind the fire column. A few rings of water was shot at the small bird, blasting through the column and...missing the bird. They were weakened from flying through fire. Torchic had dashed over to the left, stopping as only the Roadrunner could.

Seeing signs the Fire was going away, Red Dragon focuses his energy-and blasts a strong Psychic outward. The mental force catches Torchic off guard, who falls over to its power. Hopping back up, the agile flier uses the same mental process his competitor used-and fired a Psychic all his own right back. Both clone and real Dragon were hit, leaving them stunned.

Dragon tries his Psychic assault again, but he's caught off guard by the speedy Torchic, and a second series of Flames are Thrown at him! He wriggles to stop the fire, before shooting a Psychic over at the bird, who once again is hit by the stream of invisible mental energy.

The Fire Spin died off, burning Dragon one last time. But it didn't look like he even survive the last round of attacks. OMELET!!
