Liam was now up to some dirty trick. As Sara regains her footing from that cold barrage, the crescent mon tries to link up with Sara. The Dragon, unaware of whats planned for her, forces sand to obscure Liam and suck him into the desert! It seems to work for a moment, until Liam then levitates out of the sand? Huh?

Things seemed to be back in order again, at least for Liam. Sara stares at the floating Liam and wonders just how it got free of that trap. No matter. She shakes the last chills off her body and blasts forth a nasty Dragonbreath that sears the rock..and leaves something behind... But with this Sandstorm not obscuring his sight anymore, Liam releases a second bone chilling Blizzard that shocks her down to the core.

Sara sneezed and noticed that the Blizard was not stopping. Fighting through the chill and the ice chunks ripping at her, she fired off a mass of draconic energy that smashed him in the face! Liam's Blizzard ended, and Sara breathed a thankful sigh of relief. She was chilled to the core though...thank you for being in a desert!

Ziva steps out and instantly channels her aura into her fits, flaring up enough to show she means business. Liam floats in silence, watching as the world suddenly speeds around him and then he flies into a stone cold energy fist! Rolling back, he shakes the hit off and throws waves of power at Ziva, lulling her into a light sleep.

With Liam gone, MLG now whips out Ryu, a sturdy looking Camerupt. Ziva keeps sleeping, but this time would have been great if she was awake. A massive Eruption spews from Ryu, coating the sand covered lands in fiery heat and energy. Ziva lets out a massive scream that shakes Ryu to the core, before waking up, and trying to get out of the blast radius.

Ziva-still shaken to the core from that powerful attack, decided revenge is imminent and fires off a aura laden Dark Pulse. Ryu is struck and slides back from the power of that hit, but manages to fire off a Will-o-wisp that attaches to Ziva's left side.

Scoffing at this hit, Ryu puts its best foot forward, and gets ready to melt Ziva down. Not liking this at all, Ziva forces Ryu back with a Psychic blast. The hit gives Ryu shivers, but Ryu counters with a Flamethrower that gives Ziva more than what she bargained for.

A couple of questions, what does the -2SpD stand for after eruption?

And a slight remark about Eruption. To me, it doesn't make any sense that an unstabbed psychic attack from Ziva does 12 damage, while a stabbed Eruption (who at full health is a 150 base attack; yes I know Ziva was at 95HP) on Lucario with -Def and -SpD (from Close Combat) does only 23.

Just being a pain in the ass I know, but my brain can't comprehend.

Ryu turns to Ziva, who flexes her leg muscles and begins to move about in the Sandstorm. She sizes up Camerupt and mimics his face for a moment. A light bulb goes off in her head, and the two Pokemon flash green, seconds before Ziva is engulfed in flame. The fighter Pokemon shakes off the flames though, smirking. Ryu....is not amused. The hell did she just do?

Ziva dashes forth, and Ryu knows somethings not right. So it tries to force a huge punch of earth energy right for Ziva. She slides on the gritty sands before lunging skyward, evading the Earth Power. Tucking in flight, she extends into a fierce flying kick pose, and...lands the hit! Ryu slides on the shifting sand, shocked that move was pulled off!

Still within very close range, Ziva moves faster than Ryu can react to. Though in a desert, at that range, Water Pulse is still a devastating move. Ryu falls on his side, aching from that soggy hit. Ziva looks down, but then blocks her eyes as shes caught in as rogue Flamethrower blast. She was gonna get that stupid camel..

The battle continues, with the sun shining in. Ryu spies the next competitor, and grins. A new victim. Wyatt floats up and spins in place, as Ryu lumbers right under the Leviating Pokemon.

But first those Srteath rocks come flying form all directions, smashing into Wyatt. As Wyatt gets its bearings from that phantom hit; a massive Erution takes place under Wyatt, shooting it up and to the left with all the other ejecta. Wyatt slows to a stop closer to the monolith, glimmering.

Ryu looked over to Wyatt with wide eyes, knowing that it could end this Pokemon kinda quickly at this rate. As it calls out for the sun to intensify the heat in this dry desert, Wyatt goes and twirls its limbs around. Sun does not come. Instead a Rain starts to fall, to Ryu's dismay.

Ryu tries to charge up, but its gonna take a while for a Solarbeam to be built up. In this interim, Wyatt takes the initiative, lifting and flinging Ryu aside like rotten fruit. Ryu didn't like that at all.

Ryu is not a fan of the rain. As it looks up, pleading with the sky to bring back the sun, Wyatt takes the lapse in attacking to strike Ryu with a Psychic blast. Its hefty, but Ryu still stands. But Ryu's prayers have been answered, a nice Sunny sunbeam shoots down right ion his back, which is beginning to bubble...

Knowing the sands will son return, Wyatt tries to enhance their effect on visibility by spinning and flicking sand and mud in Ryu's Eyes. Ryu walks a few steps toward Wyatt, just to make sure he was close enough, before his body started pulsating.

Wyatt freaked, before the white light consumed all. A vertical heatwave split into four omnidirectional waves of pure energy, shaking Wyatt to his core and obliterating that whole part of the desert. That fourth wave missed Wyatt, but I think the whole attack was pretty whoa
