    Round SEVEN

Jelibean recalls his fallen diglett before summoning something much larger -- a large mismagius without a name. The ghost pokémon begins the battle immediately by staring into Slash's eyes and causing a nasty confusion. The scyther becomes mesmerized by Mag's spell, but ultimately shakes it off in favor of damage! Slash shoots towards Mag and bats him with his wings.

    Round EIGHT
    -6PP
    -12HP
With Slash fainted, Ash selects a new pokémon that towers over everyone in the arena, his hydreigon named Ringo. Despite being a fresher face in the battle, Ringo does not have a speed advantage. Mag snaps her fingers and fires a flash of dazzling light at the hydra, dealing incredible damage! Damn double weaknesses! Ringo lashes out, responding with his own super-effective move. Somehow it's not as powerful.

    -4PP

Satisfied with her damage output, Mag decides to confuse the Ringo with a long, unbroken stare. Ringo blinks wildly and forgets what he was supposed to do for a moment. Welp.

    -6PP
    -12HP
As Ringo continues to stare off into nothingness, Mag fires off another devastating dazzling gleam that completely renders the confusion null and void. Ringo shakes his heads together in frustration before firing off another pulse of dark energy. The results are similar to the last time he performed the spell.

And similar to before, the Grimoires begin to react and reshape the two pokémon to become different fighters in a way -- Mag's type becomes Bug and Ringo's Fairy. This match-up should be fairly interesting...

    -18HP
Getting used to her new bug-typing, Mag feels more in tune with nature. The spectre snaps her fingers again, summoning an energy ball to shoot towards Ringo and bash him silly. The hydreigon winces in slight pain before retaliating with a much more ferocious fire blast.

Keeping up with the grass slaughter, Mag sheds a series of magical leaves that home towards the fairy hydra. The leaves are near dead, but very persistent as they weakly slap against Ringo, doing pathetic damage.

Mismagius looks like we are in trouble. use Pain Split to try an even the odds, then use torment to prvent the attack.if he can attack this turn use me first to hit him with his own attack otherwise use Energy ball

Poison damage, for me, is reffed as a "per action" event. Mag had already attacked before being infected with the toxic, so she wasn't effected by it right away.

    THE LIBRARY OF GRIMOIRES
    JELIBEAN MAN v. ASH0011

    Arena
    The Library of Grimoires
This great battlefield came to be one day simply because the grimoires were bored and wanted something to watch it is an octagonal tower housing the magical tomes of the ages, and while you might approach the tomes you will never reach them due to some very slight and not at all alarming tampering with the space-time continuum(think endless staircase) on top of this there have been many precautions setup to prevent magical leakage from the tomes, nevertheless the area is overloaded with magical energy that can cause strange things to happen every 4 rounds or so there is a completely random effect that the ref can decide on including(but certainly not limited to) attack power doubled, space wraps around on itself, abilities change, reality breaking, etc.
    Weather - None.

Ringo's quiet mumbles become concussive snores. Jeez, get this guy a sock to chew on! Mag stops her relaxation stint and goes all in. With a white flash of light, she roars out and crashes violently into the sleeping giant. Ringo doesn't even wake up from the attack, but poisons keep eating away at both of them.

Having exhausted herself, Mag slumps back in hopes to regain some energy. Ringo, meanwhile, sleepishly dives into the ghost bug pokémon with steel-tipped wings, dealing minor damage, finally knocking out Mag and ending the battle.

Good battle, you very nearly got me despite my slight advantage
and thanks for reffing Grey! (I still think that there needs to be a list of the differences between refs though)
