I think I'm experiencing vertigo. I swear I've seen Kip begin to Sparkle, only to have a geriatric Bone wiggle and force a clone out-only to have Kip waste the spark and split into 3 more clones.

Now the odds are slightly tilted, as Bone watches carefully. Eyes begin to glow with an ancient lore, as Kip shoots around him. All are Sparking, and Kip fires at one of the two fish! Bone readily adjusts his rocky jaw, and a welled up blast of energy is released at one of the Kips.

Both blasts miss! As each competitor lose a clone, Bone idly floats there, seeing his time is up.

Kipper: -5E ==///== Bone: -10E

Forced to recharge...Bone floats there, merely watching as Kip sucks up another bolt of energy...shoots it off, and end his time as a battler here. It was substantially weaker, but still enough to get the job done.

Kip slowly stretched out within the water as a small crinoid began its way over. It didn't LOOK dangerous, and maybe he could get some peripheral damage. But naval had other plans. Those tentacles latched onto Kip, pulling him in and almost looking as if he was to be devoured. But instead of sticking Kip in, Naval opened his little hidden mouth,and fired short range seeds at Kip, pelting him with hideous amount of grass like projectiles.

The waves would soon harbor more devastation, as a mystical dragon entered the fray. With a cyuute yelp, the dragon serpent shot his way into battle, bulleting toward the lowly crinoid whom was just placing its roots down.

A wave of lightning would alight the crinoids senses, threatening to hamper movement

Feeling ok for the moment, Naval begins to usher out a thick cloud of blackened fluids into the water, and churns them about in the ocean around them. Ryu swims away from the watery Toxic and fires up a large bolt of Thunder, which strikes through teh Toxic cloud and connects!

However, the Toxic-though thinner, reaches the poor dragon, and he happens to get a taste of death.

Blasted plant! Ryu won't go down lightly, and so rallies up energy to blast that Dragon with a powerful attack from his lineage. The Pulse of energy sears through the waves, and smashes into the crinoid, whom topples over, tentacles bowed in over its mouth.

However the plant flexes forward, and releases a stunning amount of energy back at Ryu, catching him off guard and blasting him backwards. Take that-silly dragon!

The final combatants waste no time in laying siege to one another, Atlantis being the grass upon which these elephants trample. Ryu blasts through the Confounding Rays that shot toward him, connecting with the sitting duck of a opponent extremely fast. Naval wavered back and forth, displeased.

Not liking that, Naval prepped his body to reach out and ensnare some rocks. However, he tensed up! Bad timing too, as a Twister began to form from Ryu's side. It picked up the loose debris that Naval was betting on using, and used that to add to the force of the draconian attack. Rocks and encrusted matter went flying everywhere, but Naval's roots still held.

Upset paralysis took the best of him Naval just let his tentacles waggle about. (owtf?) Mystic forces seemed to fly to his aid, and a blast of Power shot from the tips of his feelers. To counter, Ryu sent forth his own Secret Power, a white beam with shot through the center of the barrage of orbs and connected with Naval.

Ryu was struck back by the blast, and winced. That hurt-alot. Naval rose back up, seeing his body suddenly covered in yellow spores...but they didn't seem to have much of an added effect.

Atlantis begins to sink into view for Ryujin, as Naval is kinda stuck in place here. Taking a personal moment, Ryu encircles himself and begins to formulate a watery veil about himself. Naval dosen't appreciate the secrecy, and releases another squadron of those purplish fiery orbs of power at Ryujin, knocking him into the city. Ryu swims back, stinging with pain.

Not liking that, Ryu shot forward, slamming the crinoid hard enough to rock him backwards and hit its "head" on the rocks below. Man, Ryu sure looks Frustrated.

Naval prepares to retaliate, but no, that hit must have offset that danged paralysis! Naval only wafted there, twitching in anger.

Not understanding why his body chose now to clench up, Naval prepared to call upon the draconic powers he seemed to recently acquire-but the paralysis was in effect still! He squirmed, but that soon turned to within as Ryu let loose a Thunderbolt to add company to Lileep's misery.

===Round 22===


As Atlantis seemed to gain a reprieve from the damage assaulted upon it earlier this match, Ryujin darts through the water toward his opponent. Almost invisible if you didn't know what you were looking for, Naval waves in place, beginning to take in nutrients. Ryu though strafes the feelers used to suck nutrients from the water with a thick watery mess. Unfortunately, Naval got a thick swath of it,and Stockpiled a nice helping of Toxic as well as phytoplankton.

Happy that they now would suffer the same agonizing cell death, Ryu swam a bit clear to Naval. It was like a dream for Naval, having Ryu inch in so close. A heaping purple mass was ejected from his feelers, and Ryu was seared by the Bomb of gastric Sludge. However, a thin pink coating veiled his body from the full impact, and the attack shot backwards, slamming into Naval!

Upset over that prospect, Naval began to force some of Atlantis's debris toward Ryu. The lithe Dragon however snaked his body to and fro throughout the Sliding of the Rocks and other assorted Debris coming his way. At the end of his intricate dodging Dance-he felt a bit faster. Prolly pride.

Poison now nipped at both fighters, but Naval leeched some life from the calcium deposits Yumz! Ah, and that happy Safeguard dissipated from Ryu's body.

===Round 23===


A quieter round than the last few has me kinda worried that this might just be a ticking time bomb. To start, Ryu blasts forward, heading toward the ancient city. In no time at all, orbs of bluish fire speed after him, Naval at the manaic helm.Panes of twisted light encircle Ryu as he's struck by the blast, knocking him into the city, through a window.

Kyogre stirs, noting Ryu was the form that caused the damage, but Naval was the one that forced Ryu through the window.

Safeguard: 5 actions

Before Naval understood the concept of what was happening, his rock was uprooted by a powerful cyclone, and the crinoid was sent blasting through the ocean, eventually breaking the surface. Smacking back upon the water, Naval sunk like a rock.

Ryu, glad about that, swims up after the sinking crinoid and blasts Supersonic waves toward the falling stone. Fearing an attack, Naval went to Protect, but the slam onto the ocean upstarted his paralysis! The waves coasted past, showering Naval with a heightened sense of paranoia.

Landing back upon the ocean floor, Naval curled upon himself, successfully able to close his "eyes" and hide from the demons that threatened to eat him. Ryu dashed away, thinking that the plant may be up to something. In no time at all, he found a nice place to curl up(atop a spire) and Rested.

Aww they're both asleep. And look at all. All their status ailments are gone...This battle just evened out.

Ryu and Naval each enjoy the slumber they both entered, replenishing their health...Or well, that would have been the case, as attacks began to fly out left and right. A Thick hearty set of Snores cruised through the water, bugging Naval. As a retaliatory measure, Naval began to crawl along the seafloor, until its tentacles grabbed enough debris to fling at the offending Dragon. Uncaring about the city as Rocks Slid down the sides of buildings, causing irreprible window damage. Ryu was hit repeatedly, and rolled over in pain-half buried.

Unhappy with that very careless use of Rock Slide, Naval was approached by none other than the sea diety, and thusly flung upward bodily! As such, the sleeping Lileep woke up, cause I'm sure slamming back upon the ocean surface after being ejected from it would wake most anyone.

Confused as to what the hell happened, Naval spotted a series of waves speeding toward him. In order to offset this threat-Naval began to intake as much Calcium as he could, in order to Stockpile it. The incoming waves struck him for laughable pain.

As he began to reach terra once more, those roots of Naval's began to reach out, trying to assert a grip. Unfortunately, for the plant of the sea, his roots were suddenly shocked into Freezing. Feeling utterly disjointed, Naval peered to the right, seeing that blasted Dragon work his way out of the city.

Spheres of light began to encircle his tentacles, and a light current ushered them on their destructive path, slamming Ryu back into the City. But now he had frozen roots that were useless >O!

2. Ryu has to wait until at least the third round before attacking, if I'm remembering Darkly's reffing style correctly.

Navie, it's time to go in for the kill. If Ice Beam can reach you from the city, then your own beam attacks should reach Ryujin. So, let's finish this.

That's right - the legendary sunken city itself. The city is in perfect condition, every magnificent spire and grandiose construct sculpted from coral of every color of the rainbow.

The battle will begin place outside the city's walls, but it can be moved into the city when needed. But beware - the city is watched over and protected by Kyogre Itself, and the Legendary guardian of the ocean does not want to see Its city damaged - if it is, the Pokemon responsible for the damage will be ejected from the city at the cost of 10HP.

Both battlers are capable of breathing underwater, obviously - this is thanks to Kyogre's power. However, Pokemon don't get the same blessing: Only Pokemon that can survive in an aquatic environment can battle here.

Aside from the city, there is nothing too spectacular about the arena... The muddy seafloor, a few rocks here, a few shells there... The usual stuff, basically.

===Round 25===


Atlantis is partially crumbling form this lengthy battle. Amidst all the rubble lies Ryu utterly drained, and unable to move for now. Naval eyes her options, and realizes that the orbs may provide her with a victory.

Cycling around her, she readies to try and launch them into the city, although she can't see where the little serpent lied down at. However, luck is on her side, as her ice prison breaks free of the rocks, and forces Naval to float upward-roots first.

As she makes an ascent, the first round of orbs are flung at what she believes to be Ryu. They crash into some blue banners and other parts of a building, but no - no Ryu. Naval curses her luck, and continues to look about, hoping to see Ryu before she reaches the surface.

The debris however, falls upon Ryu causing peripheral damage, That forced the small serpent to swim up-revealing his hiding space for just a moment.

Ryu feels a bit better after having rocks hit his serpentine form and looks up to spot Naval's ascent. Kyogre is watching as well, a hefty whirlpool being formed under its left fin. However, it pauses, watching as Naval flings those orbs again. Her eyesight caught that small snake pop out after the rocks fell.. and Ryu was suddenly pounded by mystic orbs of his own origin!

Feeling in incoming of energy, Ryu made to swim back down into cover, but was blasted a second time by a closely follow-up of the same attack. This one really rattled his systems and he flew through a building, stopping his barrage by hitting a cement wall of a second building. While against the wall, a shimmering veil slowly but completely enveloped him.

Naval resigned her fate now, as the whirlpool sucked her down, and spat her out up topside.

But herein lied a problem. Though the ice was melting, there was still more than enough to keep her bobbing up there like a sitting duck!

Ryu looks worse for wear, but Naval's apparent lead seems to dwindle with her disregard for the city.

[i]Naval floats up there, looking into the water angrily. Her ice flow is melting at a fast enough rate, so she begins swimming down. Ryu dosen't seem to eager at this prospect and hastily shoots out of the city, splitting into three of him.

Naval highly disapproves and fires off a series of orbs at the Ryu troupe, clocking two of them in the head!

The clones fade away, and Ryu is left floating upward, tummy turned up.
