I was just thinking of something, if someone borrows a Pokemon from another trainer here, and ends up facing that trainer in one of the battles, are they allowed to use that Pokemon against its trainer?

e.g. For example, if I lent one of my Pokemon to someone, and that person was going to face me, would they be allowed to use my own Pokemon against me?

Edit: Does the second round begin once all the first round battles are over (just like in most major sports league's playoffs)?

As are the Pokemon requirements. If you do not have Pokemon that fit this requirement, you can take your points, and use them to trade for stronger Pokemon (from anyone elses team).

The ratio is

1 pt for First form
2 pt for middle form
3 pt for final/non evolvers.

If they happen to be from your team, then you are ok and you can swap team members out without having to use points.

1st off, Does the Hoppip line count as flying?

2nd, aren't the teams fixed? Meaning that we can not make changes to our line up? If so, then for almost all of us, this round is EXTREMELY unfair.

I'm glad I got knocked out early, then, as there are literally two Dark-types (not counting Darkrai) who fit the arena's criteria... Murkrow and Honchkrow. In all honesty, it seems kind of silly to construct a Monotype tourney with pre-set arenas that bias certain types, but eh. *shrugs*

Agreeing with Oslo and Ayeun here. Who the fuck makes a flying-only arena in a place like this?! There's only ONE available Fire Pokemon in ASB that can fly, and as far as I know there are NO Electric types except maybe the Magnemite line.

This shit has to be rigged.

Glad you changed the arena for the second round, DarkestLight...yeah, I can see I was right when I thought the old idea was going to go really hard on everyone...personaly, I would have gone with platforms in the air, but then again, seeing the old arena kinda reminded me of the one I chose for one of my old ASB battles where I battled Lune the Guardian (back when she was known as Charizard04621), that arena, which had a slowly disappearing floor, totally backfired on me (in a loss).

You sure you want to still use my Gengar in the next round? Just be warned, I'll still fight very hard if I end up facing one of my own Pokemon. As crazy as it is, I guess you could say it'd possibly have its regrets afterward.
