No it's not (Simple would help, but that's a Dreamworld ability). I do think it's a really cool looking pokemon with great attacks, stat-boosters, etc.

I need a Pokemon that can learn Fly, anyway. Swoobat's Psychic typing is also useful since there are so many Fighting Pokemon in this game.
And yes, I know Sigilyph also fits those criteria, but that thing fucking creeps me out.
