If she tries to use Safeguard herself or use Double Team, change the appropriate action so that you can Snatch the Safeguard or clones away from her (Rossymore, just as a heads up, a Pokemon can use Snatch to steal Double Team from its opponent, making clones of itself instead of the opponent that way; I learned that in my Gym battle with Chris 2.0/2.1).

If she uses Flash herself, close your eyes and use Swift on the appropriate action.

Uh, Rossymore, before Amy sends out her third Pokemon, I need to ask a question.

If one of the Pokemon in this battle has their energy drop to 0%, no matter how much health they have left, what would be the outcome? I've seen varying outcomes in this situation depending on the ref, or the way the battlers want it to be when a Pokemon runs out of energy:

-sometimes they faint from exhaustion
-sometimes they are forced to relax for two actions in the following round before they can make a move
-finally, sometimes they use a drop in health to make up for a move being used (e.g. 1 HP lost for each 1 Energy used in a move, so obviously, the more energy is used in a move in this case, the more health is lost), and it's usually that 1:1 ratio, again, it seems to depend from ref to ref.

Set up another Safeguard so that she cannot inflict any status conditions on you, then if your sight begins to improve enough to be able to see her without too much difficulty, smash her into the floor twice with Psychic, or if your sight is still not so good, Swift her twice, again giving the Swifts as much power as you can muster. Make sure the Swifts circle around her before they all attempt to strike, hopefully from all directions.

If she comes close to you for a physical move, Drain Punch her.

If she tries Focus Blast on either of her last two actions, be ready to Protect yourself, but keep that Safeguard up!

Unfortunately, he touched the present and...it healed Surge completely. Surge smiled as he felt completely healed.

Surge, we need to be careful here, so start this round off with a Flash to blind Natalia, then use Psychic on her twice, this time, by putting a strong squeeze on her front area.

If you see Natalia trying to open her mouth to use a move that comes from that area (e.g. Ice Beam, Flamethrower, etc.), shut and squeeze it tight with a Psychic IMMEDIATELY so that you can hopefully stop her, much like last round, when you prevented her Ice Beam from fully forming. Like before, don't let her get a move like Flamethrower or Ice Beam executed that easily!

If she tries using Facade or any strong physical move, Counter it!

Surge, it's combo time here, so execute a surprise Gravijaa Slam (Rossymore, just so you know, in Gravijaa Slam, the user grabs the opponent (which doesn't actually take up a move, just so you know, then the user Teleports itself and the opponent up WAYYY high, before throwing the hapless opponent toward the ground with a Seismic Toss, but there is a move the Gravijaa Slam user can do to slow their own fall), then lower yourself back to the ground gently with a Psychic (as in, use it on yourself, again, Rossymore, a Pokemon using Psychic on itself to fly or slow its fall doesn't damage itself from the move).

Rossymore, if you want to see an example of a battle where Gravijaa Slam was used, look at this one, it's from the old ASB:

Obviously, a successful Gravijaa Slam would really hurt...considering the opponent falling from such a high place.

The rain is thinning out big time but the arena is slippy. Surge breathed deeply and extracted some of his life into a lump. He shaped that into himself and was immediately thankful as Natalia had finished making her focus blast and had fired it at the Sub. It suffered a lot of damage.

Surge started to move out of view of Natalia and began to shine blue. Natalia grunted with concentration and fired off a blast of energy at the supposed Surge. It hit the Sub and crumbled. Natalia facepalmed. She'd been tricked just as she had tricked Surge. Suddenly, she was thrown up then back down onto the floor on her bruised back

Natalia got up and rubbed her bruised back. She then glowed a bright green and ran at Surge. She slammed into him and they both slammed into the wall. Unbeknownst to Natalia, Surge had been charging a large amount of power in his fist. His fist glowed orange and he punched Natalia in the gut. She went flying and landed on the ground, unconsious. Just on cue, the rain stopped and the shimmer of the Safeguard disappeared.

Wolf frowned and recalled Natalia. She switched Pokeballs and threw it into air. It opened and the white light formed the shape of a Meganium. Knight's eyes narrowed.

With the rain gone, the sun has returned but it will take a while to dry the arena. Willow covered himself in a rainbow and smiled. Surge had attempted to strike before Willow but he was too slow. He started to glow and increased the brightness beyond normal. Willow winced as the arena reflected the flash.

Willow blinks a number of times to remove the spots. Surge counts this as a distraction and sets his fist alight. He runs at Willow, punches him...and goes straight though Willow. Surge blinks in disbelief and looks around. He's surrounded by three Willows. All smirking. Damn that Mega's quick!

Surge frowns and targets one of the three Willows. He sets his fist alight and is suddenly bombarded by rainbow leaves. Surge looked around. It hadn't been the one he'd chosen, so it had to be the other two. He selected one and punched. He went right through again. He fell on his face but he knew who the real Willow was...unfortunately, Willow had swapped places with his clone already.

With the rain gone, the arena should dry off in a few rounds or so. Surge is slowly getting up, smiling a smile of evil. Both Willows roll their eyes. The clone Surge selects will most likely be the wrong one.

Surge, we don't have much left, so let's keep Willow distracted as long as possible.

Relax for this round, but be ready to Endure anything Willow throws at you, if you get an opening though while he is clone-less, Fire Punch him, otherwise, if he does make clones at any time this round, get rid of them with a full power Swift, we gotta make sure we give him some damage before you fall!

It's good to feel the sun and get rid of these brollies. Willow's enjoying it too. He enjoys it so much, he's trying to throw up with happiness...no wait, he's just throwing up. Surge raises his eyebrow and is hit by a purple lump. He cries out and throws the Toxic off him, burning his fingers as well. He grunts and fires off stars galore and removes the final clone. However, he is close to fatigue

With the clones gone, Surge sets his fist alight...again. He jumps at Willow annd brings his fist back. Suddenly, he's hit by a flash of light and misses Willow. He slides on the wet ground and slides off the edge. He climbs back onto the arena, looking rather embarresed.

Surge sets his fist alight and runs at Willow. He can feel himself getting extreamely tired. He reaches Willow and is hit by a flash of light again. He manages to punch Willow but falls to the ground. Done for the day

Mimeo, close your eyes as tightly as possible and Snatch away that Safeguard for your own use, then get as close to Willow as possible, look directly into his eyes, and give him a Hypnosis, finally, if Hypnosis worked, use a Nightmare (Mr. Mime can learn Nightmare by TM in GSC), but, if Snatch fails to get the Safeguard (it hopefully shouldn't fail, since Safeguard was used last round), then stay as close as possible to Willow, and give him a good double Signal Beam.

Knight withdrew his Surge and selected the final Pokeball for the match. He threw it into the air. It opened and the white light formed the shape of a Mr. Mime. Man, those things are creepy.
