I'll ref! Bout time I reffed Stage 2 Pokemon!
Okay Amy, it's been awhile since our first battle, but unlike that one, this one is going to only have one Pokemon out at a time.
If you're up for it, then:
4 on 4
I choose first
You attack first
DQ: 1 week
Arena: Steel Indigo Stadium, the entire stadium has taken on a shiny hue of stainless steel, and as such, is totally unbreakable. Underneath the steel floor resides some generators which absorb any electricity that comes from a Pokemon, making Electric attacks useless here because the electricity is quickly drawn from the floor to the generators. Ground moves such as Earthquake are forbidden here due to the possibility of doing irreversible damage to the generators, and since there is no dirt particles of any sort, moves such as Sand-Attack, Dig, Mud-Slap, Rock Slide, and the like, are useless here too.
Banned Moves (besides the ones mentioned above): Attract, Captivate, Rest (all other non-damaging healing moves can be used here, but once per Pokemon), Pain Split, Destiny Bond, Endeavour, Metal Burst
One more thing: No type advantages in this battle, please.
My first choice will be my Aggron, Metallix!
Edit: If anyone is wondering where I got my Aggron, I got him from Hypotenuse Man at the last Summer Xmas Tree.

Alright, go ahead and give the reffing your best shot, Rossymore.
You said in the Reffing Tower you already have some reffing experience...but tell me something, you weren't in the old ASB here, were you?
That was a time when the currency was in Yen, sig moves were allowed, yada yada yada. I should know, because I was in the old ASB (you can find some battles from the old ASB in the ASB archive if you look deep enough, that is, if you're curious enough to do so).

*Grumbles* I had my post almost finished and ready to go and Internet explorer shut down and closed all windows.
I'm choosing my male dragonite Talut.
Okay, big guy, let's start out on the defensive. Talut, i want you to begin with double team and follow that up with a safeguard. Finally if you still have clones use light screen otherwise use supersonic
Double Team ~ Safeguard ~ Light Screen/Supersonic
Metallix, give Talut and his clones a vicious Taunting to begin this round (even with clones, he should be able to hear and see the taunting), then blast his clones away with a Blizzard, finish with a hard-hitting Dragon Claw straight across his chest, but if Supersonic does manage to come, dodge it while you're running toward him, even if it means zigzagging.

Knight of Time VS Wolfsong
Round 1
[I]The ref looked upon the arena. Another steel arena? The ref sighed. Well, if they want you to ref. The challengers entered the arena. Unlike the previous challengers in the other arena, they didn’t climb up, they used a flying Pokemon. They returned their Pokemon and nodded at the ref. As they went to their positions, the ref sent out his Cyndaquil. The challengers selected their Pokeballs and threw them. Both balls opened. Knight’s white light became the form of an Aggron. Wolf’s white light became the form of a Dragonite. The ref spoke to both of them.
“This shall be a four VS four Pokemon battle between Knight and Wolf. There shall be no electric type moves, no ground type moves or any moves that involve the ground in anyway. No Attract, Captivate, Rest (all other non-damaging healing moves can be used here, but once per Pokemon), Pain Split, Destiny Bond, Endeavour and Metal Burst. Also, you can’t have a Pokemon that has a type advantage to the other Pokemon.” The ref took a breather then brought both his arms up, then sliced the air as he brought them down.
“Begin!”

The round begins with Dragonite moving at immense speed. He created three clones that didn’t falter and looked completely solid. Aggron gave no heed to this and instead insulted Dragonite as hard as possible. He noticed that one of the Dragonite clone’s fist clenched.

Dragonite ignored his trainer’s orders and throws himself at Aggron, regardless of his own clones. Aggron smiled and fired off a layer of frozen air throughout the arena. It hit into Dragonite and obliterated his clones. Dragonite hit into the ground, encased in ice.
[Metallix: -0% health, -5% energy]
[Talut: -24% health, -1% energy]
Dragonite tried to move, but the ice was too thick. Aggron sneered and smashed his claw into the ice, in a bid to claw at Dragonite. But the ice was still too thick and Aggron didn’t even leave a scratch.

Metallix is male, sorry. I made an indirect mention in my first post.
Alright Metallix, we got ourselves a good start.
Start off with a Double Team of your own first. Now, your last two actions all depend on whether Talut is still frozen, if he is, up your defense with a good Iron Defense, then smash him good with a full-charge Stone Edge, but if he isn't frozen after his first action, use Blizzard twice to keep him at bay.
Sub: Protect yourself if he uses a Water or Fighting type move (such as Water Pulse or Brick Break, respectively).
Double Team ~ Iron Defense (if Talut is frozen)/Blizzard (if Talut isn't frozen)/Protect (if Talut uses a Water or Fighting type move) ~ Stone Edge (if Talut is still frozen)/Blizzard (if Talut isn't frozen)/Protect (if Talut uses a Water or Fighting type move)
Whew, attacking first can seem complicated at times.

[coor=skyblue]I'm still not 100%, but at least i feel some better.
Ok, Talut, I want you to start by melting the ice with a flamethrower. Then if free, use extremespeed to hopefully dodge the blizzard and finish by retaliating with a blizzard of your own.

The round begins with Aggron a blur, quickly creating three clones. Soon, three Aggrons dominated the field. Talut, meanwhile, was using his fiery breath to melt the ice. When he could do no more, he punched his way through the slush. He was free.
[Metallix: -0% health, -3% energy]
[Talut: -0% health, -3% energy]
Dragonite climbed out of his ice cocoon and stretched his wings. Then, before Aggron could react, Talut rushed at him with a huge amount of speed and slammed into Aggron. Aggron was knocked back but Dragonite hurt his head. Aggron shook himself and fired off a cold blast. Talut tried to avoid it with leftover speed but failed.
[Metallix: -5% health, -4% energy]
[Talut: -24% health, -5% energy]
The two Pokemon looked each other in the eye and fired off a wave of frozen ice at each other. The two waves met in the centre of the arena. After a few minutes, the two stopped and took a breather. The ref used his Cyndaquil to melt the ice around him that had now covered the arena due to the prolonged Blizzard.

Umm, Rossymore, before we go any further, I need to ask a couple of questions.
First of all, since Metallix had clones, did you factor them in when Talut used Extremespeed? If so, did you randomize to see if Talut was successful?
Second, you said that the first Blizzard from Metallix this round did 24% damage to Talut, shouldn't he be at 52% health, not 54%?

Yes, the randumbizer was 1 - 25 for a hit, 26-100 for a miss. It did 24.6 (my calculator does decimals for...no reason).
Hmm...I swear I subtracted that correctly...fixed!
Sorry it took me a while, still not 100% yet,.
All right Talut, let's take to the air so we don't have to worry about slipping on the ice. Start with Agility to boost your speed and use another blizzard and finish up with dragon rage.
Agility ~ Blizzard ~ Dragon Rage
Metallix, use Sunny Day to start melting the ice around you, then use Spite on Talut's Blizzard so that he'll be forced to use more energy, finally, if that Blizzard froze you, use a Flamethrower to melt the ice quickly, or if you weren't frozen, give Talut another Blizzard!

[Metallix: -0% health, -4% energy]
[Talut: -0% health, -3% energy]
With Talut’s new speed, he launches another cold blast at Aggron. However, as he does it, his muscles become rigid. It became a struggle to launch the cold air. He managed it and Aggron felt the chill.

Talut flexes his muscles, trying to get them back to full strength again then fires at Aggron with a large flame. Aggron is hit but quickly retaliates by firing another wave of freezing air.

Talut i know you're getting tired but lets show them that we still have some fight left. You no longer need to stay in the sky so land behind Metallix and after he uses double team use swift to find the real one. Then use fire blast since the sun is out and finish with dynamicpunch.

The round begins with Aggron? It seems that Dragonite is letting Aggron go first. He moved around quickly. He managed to create one clone but slipped on the slush. The clone tried to look like the real one and slipped on the ice as well. Talut rolled his eyes and fired off stars at one of the Aggrons. They went towards the Aggron but turned at the last second and hit the other one. Aggron’s clone yelped and disappeared.

Aggron’s miffed at losing his own clone but takes a deep breath and relaxes. Talut decides that Aggron will not be relaxing for long and fires a large fire star at Aggron. Even Talut winces as the fire hits Aggron.
[Metallix: -23% health, +10% energy]

Aggron gets up and tries to relax again. Talut grins madly and charges up a large power punch. He swings…but misses. The punch goes wide and Talut cringes as he punches the slushy steel ground.

Um, how come one Fire Blast did that much damage to Metallix? He's a Rock/Steel type, so shouldn't he have taken normal damage from it? I think that amount is a bit too much, frankly, as having the Rock type counters the Fire weakness of the Steel type.

Nice work talut. I know you're getting tired but lets do this. I want you to put that speed you have to good use and use an extremespeed aqua tail combo. Then finish with outrage.
Extremespeed Aqua Tail combo ~ Outrage
Metallix, Protect yourself from that combo, then when Talut is coming in with Outrage, Counter it as best as you can (incase you're wondering Rossymore, Outrage is physical now), finally, finish the dragon off with one last Blizzard.

Ouch, no damage to Aiko at all is unacceptable, no matter, I have another powerhouse, and Amy, I think you'll remember her.
Venus, I need your services!
Venus is my Blissey.
Venus, we have to be careful here, anyway, start with Safeguard so that Aiko cannot mess with your status, then use Double Team to confuse her, finish by using Psychic to smash her into the floor.

Start out with zen headbutt. Then follow with Faint attack. Finally finish with ice beam.
Zen Headbutt ~ Faint attack ~ ice beam
Venus, Counter the Zen Headbutt, then when she comes at you with Faint Attack, use a poweful Drain Punch when she becomes visible again. Finish by fighting off that Ice Beam with an even stronger Fire Blast! Try and aim it so that it can diminish as much of the Ice Beam as possible, and/or make the floor Aiko is standing on hot enough to give her a hot foot.

Um, how much damage did Zen Headbutt do, Rossymore? I think you must have forgotten it?

Fixed.

Okay, thank you.
Venus, we got ourselves a good lead again, so let's not let it slip away so easily this time.
Use a Double Team + Flash combo to really distract Aiko, then give her another Fire Blast.
However, if she makes it rain on her first action, change your last two moves to two strong Water Pulses.
