I've looked over and found what happened. You never answered DL's question about if you wanted them hatched or not.
Nor did you specify which egg's you wanted.

I can answer your questions guys.
Ash: Yes, in order to breed a Metagross (to get a Beldum), you do need a Ditto.
Brocke: Yes, that's right. And the best part here is, you don't need to get battle experience for a Pokemon if you evolve it using a Small Stone or Large Stone. You just need to have enough points (if you participate in plenty of battles here, you'll get plenty for sure).
