    Default Aggron Moveset.

    What is a good moveset for Aggron. All my aggron have is freakin Iron Tai
    Iron Claw
    Iron Defense
    Headbutt

    Can someone help me with some movesets for him?

    double edge
    roar/aerial ace
    earthquake
    rest

    he worx ok with body slam if you need some par... but mainly just an attacker,

    Iron Tail
    Body Slam (PAR) or Double-Edge (Rock Head trait)
    Endeavor
    Aerial Ace
    Fire Blast

    Mmm... yeah. For general purposes, those are your atacks to use. You could use some other specialized stuff if your team wants it (Toxic, etc...) but those are generally accepted for any team, I'd say. =[

    heh, he has like 241 (i think... possibly more) s.a. w/modest personality etc if you put 252 ev's into it... so it aint such a bad idea... i mean you could if oyu want, lol... it'd be unexpected he has better s.a. movepool than he does phys

    I was thinking more anti-Shedinja/Skarmory. Even with 0 EVs into SA and no personality boost, Aggron can 3HKO Skarm with Fire Blast.

    My arrgon knows

    Iron Tail
    Take Down (It dosn't take recoil and I'm taking advantage of it)
    Water Spout (don't know why but I thought it needed so it could fight fire types)
    Thunder (I need a strong electric attack to fry Glacia)

    Aggron can't use Special Attacks at all unless he uses Metal
    Noise (or whatever it's called)

    My Aggron has:
    -Double Edge
    -Earthquake
    -IronTail(Must have STAB!)
    -Roar

    ...and Aggron is not weak to fire.

    not considerring how long it would take skarm to wear away at that 469 defense with drill peck... and toxic immune so common skarm aint got crap on it... id just roar it away... it would end up being a 5hko w/rest... but then fireblasts accuracy would prolly let skarm rest as much as it wanted to, so i wouldnt match up the 2 IMO too bad it dont get rock slide...

    How is aggron supposed to learn body slam? He doesn't learn it, and it isn't a tm.

    i think he gets BS from breeding..

    anyways, wheres iron defense?? the damn thing makes him a freakin physical tank (and somewhat neutralizes his 4x weaknesses)

    it would take about two turns too long to make up for his physical 4x weaknesses, whereas any grass, fire, electric, and a great deal of common special attacks will subdue him as well
    of course im assuming this physical guy has low special defense, since thats usualy the trend

    Ahhhh yes. Aggron gets body slam when you breed it with tropius. Body slam is an excellent move, but it isn't so good without STAB.

    bodyslam+smellingsalt is a combo for this guy, but first you actually have to cause paralsis and smelling salt just goes and takes it away after causing damage.... bah

    smelling salt body slam is stupid, wasting 2 spots for 2 normal moves just so you can do 60bp more once every 3 or so odd turns? -_-

    Yeah, Body Slam by itself is way better -- Immobilizes what Aggron can't kill quickly enough, especially if they want to do DoubleTeaming stuff.

    Which of Iron Tail and Metal Claw would be better (for a Steel Attack)? Iron Tail is really powerful, but it seems to miss more often than it should (as in 40% of the time).

    Is a Shell Bell better than Leftovers for Aggron, or not?

    Steel/Rock is such a great type... when I can survive a Tri-Attack and be reduced from 4 HP to 1 (and that actually happened... It was great), that's just too awesome. Usually types that magnify its resistances and weaknesses (can you say Parasect?) is a bad thing, but it just makes Aggron really, really powerful.

    f33r fighting and ground... wich is the good thing no spikes dmg to a flier, good synergy w/altaria/skarm... anything w/aerial ace... :p even w/bulk ups (i think he gets... ) dont try and fight it... its not worth it... even w/spikes in play hes good switchin... flying/leviatate... heh go for a +.s.d. - speed/s.a. personality so you can face fire types and pwn them, etc.
