It may be easier to just train another Blissey. We don't know who this guy is or where he is anyway.
Blissey scammed
I was trading my Blissey for a rare hard to find Shaymin and I found out the Shaymin was hacked. Now my Blissey was almost 2 levels closer to level 100 and I wanted it back but the person left the forum and won't give me back my Blissey. Can anyone help me retrieve her?

That Blissey was my Shadow Chansey from Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness and I decided to migrate her to my Pokemon Pearl. I got it from Geftal on Citadark Island.

If Blissey meant this much to you, why were you willing to trade her away in the first place? Did this person make promises about the Shaymin that weren't true?
