    Default The Wii U's capability

Anyone think that the Wii U is going to do better than the Wii? I have seen some of the HD graphics for the Wii U, and seeing Mario in HD is going to be cool. Plus, there's lots of potential for the next Nintendo console, in terms of playability and being accessible to more than just casual gamers.

I really don't see the Wii U doing better, merely because the tablet is a one person experience, and it seemingly costs alot of money to buy a new one. The Wii was designed to be more of a group experience, while here it will be everyone fighting over who gets the tablet.

That'll be an interesting aspect for sure, but I feel optimistic that it'll allow for a sort of flowing 'king of the hill' mindset: like the hide & seek game, where four Wiimote users chase the tablet player. Whoever catches the tablet player then gets to use it, and so forth. Plus, it allows for five players, which could be a new standard since Nintendo normalised four players back with the N64.

The Wii U not doing any better is going to come down to the market of it, which Nintendo knows how to dominate and do effectively.
