    WHO to recognize gaming disorder as mental health condition in 2018

    Do these guys realize what the pastime is all about? Some people don't want anybody to phone them when they are watching their favourite soap opera, isn't that a problem as well? Soon they'll be putting gamers to hospital for mere gaming!

    I would call excessive gaming an addiction, just like watching that soap opera Mikachu mentions - if you do it all the time.
