Going to see the Goddess of Finnish Politics

Plus, take a vacation. So don't wonder if I'm not on my computer.

Tomorrow I will leave for Kokkola. My mum lives there. But the main reason is that one of my favourite politicians, Jutta Urpilainen, who is from Kokkola herself, has invited all her (Facebook) fans to an open occasion called Rauha Maassa, Peace on Earth. Tarja Halonen will be there, too. She was the President of Finland from 2000 to 2012. The one who looks like Conan O'Brien. I'm tempted to wear a Sailor Moon t-shirt when I go there.



I'll be back on Monday, but on Tuesday, we'll go from Mielikkitalo to a spa called Kivitippu. Kivi is Finnish for rock and tippua is for to fall. Long ago, a meteorite fell there, so it could be a Finnish equivalent to Mecca. I'll be back by Saturday.
