Pokemon Trozei Branded 3DS LLThe Pokemon Daisuki Club in Japan has announced that members can participate in a special of Pokémon Battle Trozei contest where they can win one of two limited edition Nintendo 3DS LL’s featuring Pokémon Battle Trozei icons including new Pokemon from Pokemon X and Y and from past generations.

 

Black Pokemon Trozei Branded 3DS LLThe April issue of CoroCoro magazine also revealed that they will be distributing a different Pokémon Battle Trozei themed Nintendo 3DS LL to 5 people. The Nintendo 3DS LL is black and features popular Pokemon including: Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Ho-oh, Lugia, Suicune, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Reshiram, Zekrom, Black Kyurem, White Kyurem, Xerneas and Yveltal.

Lucario was just announced today to be a playable character in the upcoming release of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS. If you remember, Lucario was first playable 6 years ago in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

This time around, director Masahiro Sakurai said, “We’ve increased the influence of Aura this time, so a damaged Lucario is truly a force to be reckoned with.”

Lucario joins Pikachu as the only Pokemon currently announced as playable for Super Smash Bros.

Over 4 Million Pokemon X and Y Games Were Sold Opening Weekend Pokemon Sells More Than 4 Million Units Opening Weekend


On Saturday, Oct. 12, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y for Nintendo 3DS became the first set of games in franchise history to launch simultaneously worldwide. Nintendo reported today that the games combined to sell more than 4 million units across Japan, Europe* and The Americas on Saturday, Oct. 12, and Sunday, Oct. 13.

“The early response to Pokémon X and Pokémon Y not only reaffirms the ongoing passion of Pokémon fans, but also indicates that an entirely new generation of gamers is eager to experience the franchise for itself,” said Nintendo President Satoru Iwata.
