Question: The Writers' Lounge and image code

Is there a particular reason why The Writer's Lounge seems to be the only forum/sub-forum to have img tags disabled? i.e. When you try to post an image, it comes out as an url?

Just asking cause I thought it was weird...

Probably because the Fan Fic dudes were the only ones not to ask me to enable it in there ^_^
