Does anyone have a list of what cards are in the Fr/Lg starter decks? Thanks in advance!

I found the deck lists at PokeBeach.com and now I have some other questions: In Modified format what is the oldest set allowed? AND When reading Nintendo's rules it says that Dark and Metal energies are easier to play. (This is also at PokeBeach.com...) Because their Special Energy cards I'm only alllowed 4 to a deck, right? So how are they easier to play?

Currently in Modified, the oldest set allowed is Expedition. On October 1st, the oldest set allowed will be EX Ruby and Sapphire.

It is easier to play because when you attach them to a Pokemon not of the Dark or Metal type, you don't have to give them damage. In the old days, if you attached a Darkness energy to a Base Set Blastoise, he would have to recieve 10 damage every turn.

For metal and dark:

When attached to to pkmn of the same type, they get the benefits e.g. +10 damage or -10 damage received. Otherwise, treat it as colorless energy.
