Personally, one of my favourite cheeses is a simple havarti, it has a unique flavour, and doesn't require a taste for rotten or stinky varieties in order to enjoy it. Sliced, it has an enjoyable texture, making it an excellent addition to any meal, it goes well in sandwiches, or left alone. In addition to this, it isn't exceptionally rare, and is also cheap, making it available to cheese-lovers worldwide.

I like the American cheese and of that kind, Kraft 2% American singles are my favorite of that type, Though i also like mild cheddar cheese.

:yum:I love that one too! That picture made me want to eat it (the cheese, not the pic). That's one of my favorites, along with Brie, Cottage, Mar del Plata, Provolone, Creamy, White and fresh goat cheese. Oh, and Reggianito for grating.

I like any cheese really. I can't think of a cheese that is my fav cause when I eat cheese, I'm like "man, this is some good cheese" not "man, I like cheddar cheese". I really don't check the label anyways.

Although, there is this one kind of cheese that is made in Mexico that I can't resist. Can't remember whats its called at the moment, but its homemade and extremely stringy.

I am partial to Baby Bree myself, although it's a pain having it sit around ripening for a few weeks while you want to devour it. To bad it's so messy.

Swiss!!! It's slightly bitter and slightly sweet and takes getting used to, but the really good Swiss tastes great.

Personally, I have to agree with kurai on my favorite type, because I am a havarti eater myself. Most forms of cheese are okay, except Lindbergh(?sp)

parmesan cheese is the bestest cheese ever, because I looooove it on my pasta... salad... hamburgers... chocolate... well maybe not chocolate but I'll add it to almost anything I eat. :D

I like american, chedder, and mozzarella. However out of the three I mainly eat american unless you count pizza in which case it's mozzarella.
