Wow this is poorly built if I do say so myself lol Cannon Dragon deck. From what I've been told, the rulings say that if you summon it via effect, then get it into Rv with something, when it's flipped back it's back at it's full power.

Maybe you could try the Machine Duplication combo with Cannon Dragon; Summon it w/ 1400, equip it with Bow of Shooting Stars to reduce it to 400 atk, then use Machine Duplication to special summon the other two at 2800 atk. Then Limiter and ouch. I'll just fix the deck w/o the combo cuz it would be a different deck.
