Suicune looks good like that but if I was you I'll use bold 252 def 128S.d 128hp CM will take care of his SA and SD.

I agree that you should change Baton Pass on Jolteon to Bite or sand attack, I might suggest bite more, so you have an extra way to attack Psychic pokemon.

Since your using leach seed I might suggest switching sleep power to Toxic becasue the combined strenth of those two moves together can be devistating.

Salamance if you don't want Hp Flying, why don't you just but Fly on it, it does learn it if you decied to evolve him at level 50. but everything else takes good use for his attack stat.

on Clefable I'd pick Flamethrower just becasue its a more reliable move (95 accuary to 75 accuarcy for fire blast, and it has more PP as well)

For Snorlax, I'd suggest using a Chesto Berry instead of Leftovers, becasue if you use Curse to its Maximum, its takes six turns, so he might take his fair share of damage.
