Breeding chain for poliwag?

I was reading in the nintendo guide, that Poliwag can learn Bounce as an egg move. is this accurate? He can't breed with Spoink, or ponyta, so I'm wondering if there's a breeding chain i'm not aware of.

Not according to the 'dex at Serebii. AFAIK no one learns Bounce as a breeding move, though I'm rusty on the Johto ones.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a "special offer" Poliwag with Bounce (i.e. promotional) though.

None of the Pokedex web sites I know have any information that Bounce is an Egg move for Poliwag.

Splash
Bubblebeam
Haze
Mind Reader
Water Sport
Ice Ball

Could it be from one of those Eggs you get from Mystery Gift on Pokemon FR/LG? No one knows for sure yet but Meowth hacked the coding and Mystery Gift could give you an Egg.
