What would you say is the best gangster movie?

For me.. it's either Goodfellers, Reservoir Dogs, The Godfather (tril) or Scarface.

The Godfather obviously, it is a true timeless classic.

for this to be a poll, it has to have choices, and I only see one. The Godfather.

The Godfather was by far the best, but Scarface was still a classic. "Say hello to my little friend!"

Haven't seen The Godfather yet. I have seen Scarface, though. I thought it was one heck of a film. I'm glad Tony Montana got what was coming to him in the end. Some scenes of that inspired the creators of Vice City, so it must be good. lol The mansion definitely looks familiar.

Gangster films rock, the best would have to be either Pulp Fiction or The Krays IMO :) Scarface rocked too like.

The Godfather is the definitive film. Scarface comes in a close second.

I haven't seen the Godfather or Scraface *dodges tomatoes being thrown* but out of those, my favorite is Resevior Dogs. I don't watch that many ganster movies, although from what I've heard(from everyone, mind you), the Godfather is amazing and revolutionizing. Like Star Wars to sci-fi movies, even.
