Who was the genius that voted this a one? The fact that it has Dragon Rage and it's not a level 5-20 team gives it an automatic 8. I'm not going to rate these individually because they all have the exact same problems:

1. Look at the base stats of a pokemon before slapping whatever on it(i.e. Bite on a Feraligatr is crap)
2. Any HM other than Surf, and sometimes Fly/Dive/Waterfall (not in your case, though) aren't worth using.
3. Type boosting items are worthless.
4. Slash has been worthless ever since G/S changed the critical hit forumla and created Return. Stop using it.
5. No same type moves on a pokemon unless they are different enough. Like Leech Seed and Leaf Blade is good, while Dragonbreath and D.Claw are not.
