The first card report on the upcoming card of Ex Return of Team Rocket(Not a TR Pokemon, but here goes):

Card’s face:
Artist: Yukiko Baba
What contain in the card’s art: A Magmar up a rock surrounded by rock formations shrouded in pink mist (?). Magmar’s mouth look like a duck, LOL. Simple and funny drawing.
Rarity: U
Number: 44/109
Set: Ex Return of TR
Stats:
70 HP

Basic

Resistance: N/A
Retreat Cost: [C]
Attack:
[C] Dump and Draw
Discard up to 2 Energy cards from your hand. Then, draw 2 cards for each Energy card you discarded.
Pretty useful attack, especially if combined with Magneton ( R) from Ex DR. Funny attack name, too:D.
[RCC] Flame Tail 40
Average damage for 3 energy, although I’ve seen 50 damage with the same energy cost.
Combo:
1. Delcatty (H) of Ex RS and Magneton ( R ) of Ex DR
Use Delcatty’s Poke-Power, use Dump and Draw, Magnetic Line next turn. Here’s the math:
-Use Energy Draw
-Discrard an Energy
-Draw 3 card.
-Use Dump and Draw
-Discard 2 energy
-Draw 4 card
-Nest turn, Magnetic Field.
-Take back 2 Energy card.
So, if you have at least 3 Energy in hand:
3-1+3
3-2+4
6(+ 1 card draw at the turn)-1+2
=7 cards at the end of the turn.
Man, it took much of my brain to figure the math.
2. High Pressure System+Mewtwo ex(By RK)
Magmar’s retreat Cost will go down to 0. Easy to retreat for using Energy recall next turn.
3. Blaziken (H)
Thanks to WPM, I have discovered another combo. Simply use Dump and Draw, and use Firestarter the next.
Card Art Rating in 1-10: 6 (look like a kid’s drawing:D)
Overall Rating: Magmar is not a really bad card as a source of Energy Drawing engine. Combine with Delcatty and Magneton for best results.
