Help! I'm trapped on the islands!

I have no idea what to do! I'm trapped on the island chain 1-3. I can't fly out, no ship will take me out, and I can't use Rock Smash because I decided to take out Blaine's Fire gym before taking on Sabrina's Psychic gym. Any help?
