Release Notes - Thunderbird 0.9
Thunderbird is a full-featured e-mail, RSS and newsgroup client that makes e-mailing safer, faster and easier than ever before. More information (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/) about Thunderbird is available.
Given the maturity of the underlying Mozilla code, Thunderbird is very usable as your primary e-mail client. However, it is considered a Technology Preview, and as such is assumed to have defects. See the License Agreement (http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/) for more information.
These release notes cover what's new (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/#new), download (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/#download) and installation instructions (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/#install), known issues (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/#issues) and end user support / feedback (http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/#support) for the Thunderbird 0.9 release.
Please read these notes and the bug filing instructions (http://texturizer.net/thunderbird/bugs.html) before reporting any bugs to Bugzilla. We want to hear your feedback about Thunderbird. Please join us in the Mozilla Thunderbird Support forum (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=39), kindly hosted by MozillaZine (http://www.mozillazine.org/).
don't know if anyone else uses it but it's definitely my email client of choice. :)
