Moves: Haze, Will-O-Wisp, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball

Burns and Hazes. Attacks when it needs to. Not much else to say.

I'm wondering on Return or Seismic Toss on Miltank. Umbreon could use an attack...

EDIT: Using HP Ice for Jolteon, but not ingame.

I might use HP Ice over Thunder Wave. HP Ice will be in my non ingame team, Thunder Wave in the ingame one.
