Very cute, did you draw that in MS paint (or somesimilar application)?

I think his legs could be a wee bit longer, if you wanted him to resemble the anime style more, but that's up to you. ^^

Are you joking or serious? And his legs seem fine to me, I was looking at a chibi doll someone made when I was drawing him so that's what the pic is based on. Thanks for the review! ^_^
