i just got leaf and i was wondering where are the EV raining spots

any help is appreciated

yes... but to tell the truht, I'm not familiarized with the EV spots on FRLG yet, if you asked about Sapphire, I could tell you...

Miltank, HP and Special and regular defense

Scizor, Attack and Speed

Forrettress/Pincone, ???

Milotic, Special attack and speed
